19、维果茨基的“最近发展区”理论，看视频前向学生提问， 在他们原有的英语基础上学习英语，让学生跳一跳摘果子。即使学 生不会说完整的英语句子，我也鼓励学生说英语，哪怕是一个单词 也好，让学生敢于犯错，在错误中成长。 4. 创造与生活紧密相关的情境，给学生说英语的机会。 5. 运用思维导图，让学生发散思维，培养学生的思维能力，方 便学生梳理和记忆学习内容。 6. 评价比较具体，能从语音、流畅度和感情方面来评价。 7. 关注学生的情感态度发展，引导学生用英语来表示对别人的 关心，体现了人文关怀。 二、不足之处： 1. 中文的课堂用语较多。课堂用语应该多用英文表达，让学生 用英语来表达英语。 2. 有些学生不敢说英语，我应该提出一些简单的问题，也给英 语基础不太好的学生表达的机会，提高课堂的参与度。 3. 当学生能回答给出的问题时，我应该学会对准备的课堂内容 有一定的取舍，根据学生的反应来灵活调整课堂节奏。 4. 在角色扮演环节，我应该让台上的学生来评价自己的表现， 使评价方式多样化，利于学生的学习。 总之，“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，我的英语教学 之路还有很长的一段路要走，我将努力发扬自己的优点，改正自己 的缺点，争取早日成为小学英语名师！
