17、ers after class or retell the story by yourself. 教学反思教学反思 这一次是我第三次讲到这个故事。第一次遇到这个故事的时候, 还完全没有接触过阅读和故事教学。仅仅是凭着自己的理解提 问了学生几个关于故事的问题,其余大部分的精力都用来讲解 语法知识和新单词,很枯燥无味。第二次讲到这个故事是自己 刚刚开始关注阅读教学,而且很快的就第一次聆听了关于阅读 教学的展示,自己感觉比第一次讲有些眉目。今年我是五年级 老师,过几天又要第三次讲这篇课文,这次备课相对于前两次 来说成熟一些,环节完整,层层递进,注重学生对故事的理解 以及语言运用的培养。并且在授课过程中注意让学生说出自己 的想法和感受,最后还可以自己创作小故事绘本,又锻炼了学 生团结合作和动手的能力。最终孩子们可以通过自己在课上的 表现获得另外一个绘本,以学习材料作为奖励对学生的学习将 会是一个良好的促进,也替代了其他物质奖励所带来的负面效 应。但是具体的效果能达到什么程度还没有明确,讲完之后我 会在这次设计的基础上进行修改,让它更趋于完整和成熟。
