1、 冀教版小学英语五年级下册 Lesson 10 The Great Wall 教学设计 一、教材分析 本课选自冀教版小学英语五年级下册 Unit 2 In Beijing 的第四 课 The Great Wall. 在本单元, 学生已经了解到小主人公到达北 京,开始了他们的北京之旅, 并且参观了北京的景点天安门广场, 故宫。本节课内容主要包括两个部分。第一部主人公谈论长城 的历史和长度。第二部分讲述 Danny 在从长城回来的路上由于 不顾交通规则所发生的事。本课通过主要是让学生学会如何用 英语谈论长度,学会在城市中行走要遵循的安全规则。本课篇 幅不长,图文并茂,但其中包含着丰富的语言信息。

2、二、学情分析 五年级的学生已经有了一定的英语知识基础,具备了一定的逻 辑思维能力以及简单的口语表达能力和阅读能力,能借助图片 读懂简单的对话,表达情感和进行语言交流。 三、教学目标 1 语言知识目标 学生能正确听说读写单词 feel tired stop wait afraid 学生能认读理解并运用下列句型 How long is? Dont be afraid. 2 语言技能目标 学生能够运用本课句型 how long is it?来谈论物体的长度。 学生能够用英语来表达自己的感受。 学生能够使用祈使句来表达能够做某事和不能做某事。 3 情感态度目标 通过 Danny 的经历学生能意识到遵守

3、交通规则的重要性。 四、教学重点与难点 学生能够谈论物体的长度; 学生进一步巩固和运用祈使句来表达做某事和不能做某事。 五、教具准备:PPT,单词卡片,多媒体视频 六、教学过程 Step 1 问候与热身 T: Good morning, children. Nice to meet you. Lets sing a song together. It is 6000 kilometres long. 学生活动:Pair work, ask and answer. 小组问答,男女生问答, 同桌问答。 Read the text of Part 1. 同桌对话。 T: (出示 Jenny, Li Ming and Danny 在长城上的图片): Now, they are on the Great Wall.

Write something about the Great Wall.
