19、。 2. 这次教学对教材的文本再构大动干戈，彻底抛弃教材对话教学内容，结合学生学习需求及 各种资源为我们的教学服务，做了大胆的尝试。教学活动中培养学生语言知识与技能，不仅在 训练和活动中学习中复习了所有学过的词汇，设计巧妙的练习也自然地融入到活动中去，对学 生思维的训练，让本堂课的内涵更为丰厚。而且着重练习怎样看图说话，对学生的表达能力的 培养很有好处，教育学生热爱学校、热爱学习、热爱校园生活。 3.本堂课的一个亮点是教师录制好学校参观视频，并且将生词学习穿插在视频中，把它发在家 长群里作为预习内容。课前预习到位，减轻课堂生词教学负担。为本节课句段篇练习腾出时间。 这也是我对翻转课堂的朴素的理解和尝试运用。个人一直认为动态的有字幕的视频资源能更有 效地吸引学生注意力和提高对语言理解的效度。但是这种有效的资源非常有限，需要平时教师 有心积累。第二个亮点是我尝试制定本堂课分层教学分层教学的策略，层次低点的只需要掌握生词进行 介绍学校设施名称即可。第二层次在此基础上，有拓展说明能基本表达完整即可。第三层就是 表达完整的基础上，再有自己其他的拓展。作业也相应地有了层次，能让所有学生都能学有所 得，并且能够完成作业，增强自己的学习信心。
