That man is short. This m

That monkey is small and thin.及反义词的运用和 形容词+and+形容词(又.又.)，如：tall-short, big-small, fat-thin，big and fat，small and thin. 二、本课设计思路二、本课设计思路 在整个教学过程当中，我利用多媒体课件和黑板呈现了所教的 重点教学内容，始终将游戏、歌谣创设语言情境贯穿其中，不但激 发了学生学习英语的兴趣，还活跃了课堂气氛并树立了良好的榜样； 最后以警察抓小偷教学活动把课推向了高潮，不但培养了学生 的情感目标，提升了学生的综合运用能力，还渗透拓展了

4、其他外貌 词，如：young.这是本课的拓展内容。在教学中给学生营造了一个 宽松、民主、和谐的学习氛围。新课标强调从学生的学习兴趣、生 活经验、认知方式和任务型教学途径出发，发展学生的综合语言运 用能力，使学生形成积极的情感、主动思维和大胆实践的能力。 三、本课教学亮点三、本课教学亮点 （1）本课教学目标达成的比较好： 首先，课前播放Old Macdonald has a farm这首歌，师生齐唱， 快速融入语言环境。出示自制视频播放动物图片，让学生以最快的 速度说出所看图片的单词。巩固所学单词后，运用白板的拖拽功能， 让学生上来巩固句型： Whats this？ Its a/an. What

They are .在教学过程导入环节，通过图片姚明和曾志伟了解 tall 和 short，再运用长短丝带的直观学习法来学习区别 this & that 的用 法。导入课题之后，讲解 that 的用法，让学生根据 that 的用法来阐 述 this 的用法。 然后创设动物园情景，自驾车，带着孩子们一起边看视频边用 卡片学单词，要求掌握单词的听，说，读，写，译等方面，再用开 门红的游戏巩固单词，使用超链接学习重点句型，学习重点句型的 过程中，还要边贴图片边呈现课文对话的内容。最后的两扇门及花 瓣是用来学习单词 big & small 而设计的。用飞动的小鸟来学习形容 词+a

6、nd+形容词的短语而设计的，这样的设计不会太突然，相反更容 易理解。学完句型和单词后，用白板制作一个太阳和单词一明一暗 的动画，用游戏的方式来巩固所学单词。 最后，设计了三大块课堂活动练习，每块有两到三个小活动。 第一块：听音圈词；听音贴图。第二块：根据提示词听音填词并齐 读；听音跟读；小伙伴表演课文对话；四人小组合作写出反义词。 第三块：看英文小故事抓小偷并将正确的小偷图片贴入相应的位置 上；看故事根据外貌特征，将写相应的单词写在四线三格里；找学 生读一读。最后让学生一起边说边做字母操。本节课的设计贴近学 生生活实际，每个环节过度自然，训练扎实，学生能灵活运用。 （2）激发了学习英语的兴趣，

7、贴近生活实际 本节课通过创设情境来营造英语语言环境，运用视频和课堂小 活动来活跃课堂气氛，利用图片，视频等学习新知，运用不同的游 戏和方式来操练单词和句型，让学生易于上口，乐此不疲，调动积 极性，从而积累了学生学习英语的成就感，潜移默化地影响着孩子 们对英语的热衷度。这些词汇及句型与小学生的生活和学习密切相 关，是孩子们展现自我能力的地基。在真实的情景中会运用这些， 体现了新课程标准所倡导的发展学生语言运用能力的目的。 （3）课堂教学评价机制 在课前就将学生分成三组并宣布比赛规则。在课堂上根据学生 回答的问题、纪律、表演三方面的表现情况及时地给予学生评价和 鼓励，表现好的给该组奖一个苹果图片。

8、最后根据所得苹果的数量 给予综合评定并给予相应的奖惩。 四、本节课的不足之处四、本节课的不足之处 （1）单词游戏比较单一： 在新授单词的整个过程中，通过教师带读，听音跟读还更需要 自我朗读评价，这一点我做的不够好，忽略了自我朗读评价的重要 性，没有让学生成为这节课的主角。 （2）没有充分关注到学困生的情况： 整堂课，好学生始终能跟上教师的节奏，也能够积极主动配合， 但对于学习比较困难的学生，总是陷于被动的局面，没有积极主动 地表现自我的愿望。在今后的教学中，要多抽出点时间关注这些孩 子，采用一对一帮扶的形式帮助他们预习和巩固所学知识，让他们 不再吃夹生饭。这是我今后教学工作中急需改进的地方。

9、（3）学后巩固练习时间短量少： 无论课堂上你讲的有多好，学生表现的有多棒，但都得回归 “应试教育”这个圈。由于时间的原因练习部分过得太快，有的学 生来不及思考，答案就被反应快的孩子说出来了，所以从根本上没 有达到一定的效果。在今后的教学中我要整合资源，在有限的课堂 时间里干出有效率的事。 （4）课堂教学评价机制 就分组，比赛规则，表现情况，综合评定及相应的奖惩方面来 说，我考虑的还是不周全，没照顾到学困生及较弱的一组的实际情 况，使得三组最后得分分值相差较大，孩子们有了落差感，在今后 的教学中我一定要注意。 五、总结五、总结 通过这次的课后反思，我深深地感受到了，教师应该关注每一 位学生的发展
