4、Teaching procedures: (1) Warming up: The teacher shows the students the warmest greetings by saying hello to them. (2) Leading in: The teacher guides the students to do a guessing game. Show them pictures of three kids and ask them to guess who they are. Then after guessing, the teacher presents the

5、ir pictures. In this way, the students will absolutely be interested in what to be learned and the topic talking about what people used to be like can be easily led in. (3)Presentation: 1The teacher invites several Ss to come to the front and ask the other Ss to describe them from the appearance and

In this way, the describing words like tall, short, of medium height, outgoing, humorous can be presented. 2Read the describing words together.(大小声朗读) 3An activity for the whole class.
