10、of the 20th century. Work is ongoing at this site, which is around 1.5 kilometers east of Emperor Qin Shi Huangs Mausoleum in Lintong, Xian, Shaanxi Province. 14、zong, “Wild Goose Pagoda” was built in the Da Cien Temple to store the sutras which the eminent monk Xuan Zang had brought from India to Changan, todays Xian. In the Jinglong Period (707-710) under the reign of Tang Emperor Zhongzong, “Jianfu Temple Pagoda” was built in order to store the Buddhist s
