When did you start reading?由此看出，联系了学生的生活实际，引用了当时的热门话题，自然导入新课。Step 2 学习文中格言。 前面的引入已经为英语这个话题做好了铺垫，

17、现在让学生学习与阅读有关的格言： A house without books is like a room without windows.最后，由一个与文本联系最紧密的问题带领学生进入学习新歌前的思考：What is Tobys best friend? 学生基本还无法回答这个问题，但我依然觉得这个问题十分有价值，因为它能引发学生思考，是学生对英语的历史感到好奇并为阅读文本的核心内容-英语的发展做好准备。接着，我又让学生看到文章的标题，让其对bookworm 做出猜测，到底指的是什么？这里，课前预习好的同学能够回答出它指的是 someone who loves reading，是一个发展的过

18、程。Step 3 Learn to sing the song. 这个环节我让学生多次跟唱，每次有不同的要求，以填空的形式补充完整每段的主旨大意。填空补充中心思想，既让学生掌握主旨大意，了解文本，又能降低难度，以适应本校学生的学情。让学生小组合作完成歌曲创编与表演。Step 4 拓展延伸 这里我让学生回顾总结文本，并找出自己喜欢的书籍类别。以歌德的名言鼓励学生热爱读书。Step 5 Homework 布置语音和书写作业，分层要求。 总之，本次研讨课，我尝试了歌曲教学的方式，努力围绕学生的核心素养展开教学。尽管有些地方还不尽如人意，但是，孩子们通过学唱英文歌，增加了学习英语的兴趣，增强了小组合作的意识。
