The population of the aged has reached 230 million and it accounts for 16.7 percent of the total population. It increases 8 million every year. 二是慢病高发

14、多发现已确诊患者为2.6亿人，导致的死亡已经占到总死亡的85%，疾病负担已占医疗总负担的70%The second challenge is frequent occurrence and multiple occurrence of the chronic disease. Till now, the diagnosed patients have been up to 260 million. The amount of the death caused by these has accounted for 85 percent of the total death. The burden

26、与人口健康的协调发展分会成立两年来，已吸纳了全国20多个省市的100多所疗养院和健康机构成为会员单位，成功召开了两次全国性的医养康复大型会议，在全国首次牵头制定了中国2020年前医养康复事业建设发展战略总规划：计划用3到4年的时间，依托中国10多个省市的疗养院、健康管理机构、新兴生态房地产项目，探索疗养院、医联体和社区居家养老三种健康维护模式，建成高血压、脑卒中、软组织损伤、关节疾病等10个高发慢病的康复全国示范基地，扶持发展健康评估、力生物学、综合理疗、心理康复、神经康复、中医康复等100项疗养康复技术Since it was established two years ago, the b

32、有强劲持续的刚需支撑、有各级政府的政策支持、有医养康复分会的跨界优势、有全国疗养院的雄厚基础和强烈意愿、有乐期可控的风险回报率，一经提出，就受到广大疗养机构和社会资本的高度关注，全国已有10个省市卫生部门、20多家基础较好的大型疗养院和5个全国性的资本集团表达了强烈的合作意愿，发展前景可期利好，目前相关工作正在深入推进。The reasons for why the planning above can be established and put into efforts are because it has continuously strong support of rigid dema
