3、真实故事。故事的主角就是当今美国黑人投资专家Chris Gardner。成功诠释出一位濒临破产、老婆离家的落魄业务员，如何刻苦耐劳的善尽单亲责任，奋发向上成为股市交易员，最后成为知名的金融投资家的励志故事。该片获得2006年奥斯卡最佳男主角提名。The Pursuit of Happyness 影片从一开始就描述了Chris（男主角）艰难的生活。送孩子去华人开办的教学质量很差但是很便宜的学校；每天为卖那些在别人看来“很贵而且无用”但能提供给他们生活费的骨密度扫描仪奔波；要准备钱缴税、付房租 他的生活毫无保障，但是他爱他的儿子，他想让他幸福。Chris总是会想尽办法去追求，即使这看起来高不可攀。
