In the video, my Canadian friends are asking me for the directions to Happy Family (a shopping mall in the downtown) and I am giving them the directions to Happy Family. We use t

After watching the video, I will let the them answer some questions as listening and speaking practice, and then lead in to this classs learning objectives. Purpose 1: to arouse the students interest in learning this lesson - when the

10、y see the video, the students will be very excited and eager to enter this periods learning. At the same time, they will admire me and look up to me and want to communicate with native speakers of English like me. I will catch this chance and encourage them to communicate with native speakers bravel

11、y. Purpose 2 : to show the students this class contents and learning goal - they will be able to make up a conversation like this with the target language at the end of this class. Presentation: Presentation: traffic signs As for this part, well use a game. One group will be in charge of it. At firs

12、t, they will draw some important traffic signs we use often when giving directions on the blackboard and explain them to the class. Next, well play a game. One of this group members flashes the traffic sign cards, the contestants (two students per group) act out the cards, if they are right, they ca
