1、 中考英语专题复习 主谓一致 主谓一致的概念:是指主语和谓语必须保持人称和数的变化 一致，即句中谓语的变化形式由句子主语 的人称和数的形式决定。主谓一致通常遵循三个原则：语法一致、意义一致和 就近一致原则。原则一:语法一致1.动词不定式短语做主语，谓语动词用单数 To be or not to be is a question 2.动名词短语或从句做主语，谓语动词用单数Reading in the sun is harmful to our eyes.3.the number of/one of可数名词复数 做主语，谓语动词用单数The number of students in our cl

2、ass is large.4.a number of可数名词复数做主语，谓 语动词用复数A number of volunteers are needed for the activity.5.and 或 both.and.连接两个名词做主语，谓语动词用复数Both Tom and Sam play the drums well.6.主语后面跟有togeth-er with,along with,except,as well as,in-cluding等词时，谓 语动词与主语保持一致。(就前原则)Everyone except Jim and Tim gets a new book.7.结构由

3、“a lot of，lots of，plenty of,the rest of名词”构成的短语，谓语动词与主 语保持一致。There were lots of stars in the sky last night.原则二:意义一致1.集体名词（如：family/class/team/grouppublic等）做主语，谓语动词取决于主语的意义。例:His family is going to move to Beijing.（作为整体时，用单数）The whole family are watching TV.（侧重成员时，用复数）2.集合名词 （如：peoplepolice等）做主语，谓语动

4、词用复数The police are helping the girl find her mother.3.the姓氏名词复数，表示“一家”或“夫妇”The Blacks enjoy working in China.4.the某些形容词，表示一类人做主语，谓语动词用复数The young are energetic.5.and连接并列主语，表示同一个人或物 时（即：and后面无冠词）A famous writer and teacher is going to give a speech in our school.6.表示重量、度量、时间、长度、价格、数 学运算等的词或短语 做主语时，谓语
