1、课堂教学设计单元总目标本单元在讨论对食物喜好的基础上,通过餐具的正确使用方法向学生展示中西方不同的饮食文化。功能以请求及其应答方式展开教学。本单元所涉及的主要的四会词汇有:table,spoon, knife, chopsticks, fork, cut, use, pass; 本单元的功能结构主要有两个:一、谈论如何正确使用餐具:Use the fork with your left hand and use the knife with your right hand. Use the chopsticks with your right hand.二、进一步学习请求及其应答: Would

8、ass 趁热打铁,借助同样的方式教授单词fork,复习再现pass。4.教授单词chopsticks和use借助教具小木棍,引出单词stick,再拿出第二根引出复数单词sticks。学生示范如何使用筷子,在此过程中渗透use chopsticks。5.教授单词knife 和cut。使用教具knife。在学生熟读knife的情况下,教师做出切的动作,渗透短语cut with the knife。三、操练活动的设计与实施建议(Practice Activities)1.巩固活动(1)教师或快或慢的说出本节课所学词汇,同桌两人共用一本书,用最快的速度在书上指出单词,并大声读。(2)指卡片,说单词。(
