Section B Reading 一、教学内容分析:一、教学内容分析: 本课中的阅读材料以描述朋友外表和个性特征, 比较个人与朋友之间的异同为题材, 在谈 论与朋友之间的不同点与相似点的同时,进一步学习比较级的概念及用法。深入比较自己和 朋友的相同与不同之处, 并提出了“什么样朋友是好朋友”这个话题, 引导学生正确评价朋友, 引导学生结识真正的好朋友。 二、教学目标分析 1. 语言知识: (1)掌握生词,mirror, grade, serious, share 的意义及用法,了解短语 as long as,
2、bring out 的 含义。 (2)掌握句型,You dont need a lot of them as long as they are good. Larry is quite different from me. (3)比较级表达形式。 2. 语言技能: (1)能读懂对对不同朋友的个性特征的描述的简单文章,并能文章获取基本信息完成阅读任 务。 (2)能运用略读、查读和细读文章的阅读技巧。 (3)能写出含有比较级的句子对朋友进行描述。 3. 情感态度: 介绍朋友时要尊重朋友, 实事求是地评价朋友和自己, 珍惜培养朋友之间真实而美好的友谊。 三、教学重难点: (1)文章的生词和难句,如:

Ask the students what the song talks about to lead in the topic of this class-friend. 2. The teacher introduce a friend of hers and tells her
4、 idea for a good friend and ask the students what they think a good friend should be like. II. pre-reading. Students talk in groups and tell their different ideas for good friends. III. While- reading 1. Read fast and find out the different ideas for the three students. The teacher needs to give som
5、e necessary explaination for the diffifult sentence. 2. Read the passage carefully. (1). Let Ss read the sentences in 2c. Make sure they know the meaning of these sentences. (2). Let Ss read the passages again and judge these sentences are True or False. (3). Ss read and find the answers to the ques
6、tions. Talk in groups. (4). Check the answers. 3. Students read the passage again and try to open the Secret Box, in each box, there is one question based on the passage except one box. In one of the box, there are two questions and ss can get a surprise if they an give the right answers. Group Work
7、. 4. Group Work. (1) Students work in groups and find out the differences between each student and his/her friend. Ss need to write down the answer on a piece of paper prepared by the teacher. (2)Presentation. Students come to the front to present their works. IV. Post-reading. Ss find out the comparative forms and its sentence pattern. Then they play a game Find Someone Who.
