13、tion 老式仪表只有当电极已损坏时才可以被发现,而电极的损坏往往是一个缓变过程(如结垢、 腐蚀等)。本仪表能对每一个电极单独进行测试,测出电极对测量筒体的电阻,这种测试可以使您 及时发现异常的电极, 或帮助您决定一组电极是否需要清洗或更换, 也可为水汽阻临界值的调整提 供参考。 For the old instruments, only the damaged electrode can be discovered, but the electrode damage process is a slow change process (including scaling, corrosion,

This instrument can independently test each electrode, namely testing the resistance of the electrode relative to the measuring barrel, and such test can make you timely discover abnormal electrode, or help you to decide whether this group of electrodes shall be cleaned or replaced, or provi

15、de the reference for the adjustment of the critical value of water 2. due to the adoption of trimmer potentiometer for adjustment, it is difficult to operate and it is not easy to adjust to the optimal value. For the above two reasons, the adjustment of the critical value is blind, so if the field e

16、nvironment is slightly changed, the critical value must be usually readjusted. 而本仪表由于具有“电极测试”功能,可以测出水、汽阻,由此可以确定出一个比较合理的临界 值。调整临界值用按键操作,数码显示,方便直观且精确,可调范围也较宽,在 10K 1000K 之 间。 This instrument is provided with the “electrode testing” function and can measure water resistance and vapor resistance, so a r

17、elatively rational critical value can be determined. The critical value can be adjusted through keys operation and digitally displayed, so such adjustment is convenient, visual and accurate. Additionally, the critical value can be adjusted in a relatively wide range, namely 10K1000K. 与老仪表的另一重大区别是:水汽

18、阻的临界值,即“水”和“汽”的分界线有两条,一条是“最大 水阻值”(以下简称“水阻”),一条是“最小汽阻值”(以下简称“汽阻”),认为阻值小于“水阻”的电 极浸在水中,阻值大于“汽阻”的电极在水面之上,而阻值介于“水阻”和“汽阻”之间的电极保持原来 的状态不变。这种方式类似于数字电路中的“施密特比较器”,能大大提高抗干扰能力。 Another major difference with the old instruments is: for the critical values of water after obtaining these resistance values, the mic

19、rocontroller firstly employs digital filtering program to filter out interference, and then the intelligent water level identifying program is used to identify the present water level, and finally the water level value is displayed by the scale plate and the digital display on the panel. Therein, if

20、 the water level exceeds the preset upper and lower limits, then corresponding sound-light alarm will be sent out and meanwhile the corresponding alarm output will be triggered. Please pay attention to the following details: in order to prevent false alarm, the alarm will not be sent out at the mome

21、nt that the water level exceeds the limit, but will be sent out after the water level stably exceeds the limit for a certain period, and this is the delayed alarm mentioned above. 在智能水位识别程序智能水位识别程序识别水位的同时, 也将一些“表现异常”的电极识别出来, 并使面板标尺上 的相应点闪烁以提醒维护人员注意。 When the intelligent water level identifying progr

F水位标尺:水位标尺: F Water level scale plate: 汽红水绿,直观显示水位。如果某一点闪烁则表示对应点的电极故障。 The red scales are for vapor and the green scales are for water, and the water level can be visually displayed; the flickering of a certain point indicates the electrode fault corresponding to this point. 34、sting” key twice to present a flickering red point at the lower end of the scale plate and present a figure on the digital display, wherein this figure is namely the resistance between the lowest electrode and the measuring barrel, with the unit as KW and the precision less than 5%. 按一下“”键,则标尺上的闪烁点上

G How to enter system parameter setting menu? 在显示水位状态,长按“”键 5 秒,进入参数设置状态,如果设置了口令,会显示“PAS”字样 提示输入口令,用“”键输入口令,如果口令正确,则会显示参数代码,用“”键选择参数代 码,选择一个代码后按“setting”键则显示该代码对应的参数值,这时再用“”键即可对参数值进 行设置(按住“或“”键不放可连发),设置完成后再按“设置”键,回到显示参数代码状态。参 数代码如下表所示: Under water level disp
