Objectives 1.1 Most students would be able to identify illnesses and their symptoms. And at the same time they can make up a conversation between a doctor and a patient to t

Students will see the sentences asked by the doctor to know if they are rising tone or falling tone. Students will listen to the second part of the conversation and try to fill in the chart: why has Dami

11、ng got a stomachache and a headache? Let students listen to the first part of the long conversation and try to answer the question with for and since. Show students the questions asked by the doctor and ask them pay more attention to the intonation. Let students listen to the second part and try to

Students try to use the structure of giving suggestion to answer the questions. Ask the students to read the whole conversation a

Ask them to answer in sentence. 读对话并用提建议的 方 式 回 答 : What should Daming do? 为 后面的编对话进一步 做好铺垫。 8 Students will watch another video about the conversation to understand it better. Read the conversation in pairs. One is Daming and the other one is the doctor. After

14、reading students will complete Activity 4 to consolidate the conversation. Play students another video about the conversation and make them understand it better. Ask them to read it in pairs. Ask students to complete Activity 4. 观看对话视频, 更好地 理解对话, 分角色朗读 对话,训练语音语调。 完成活动 4,巩固词汇 和课文。 9 Students will mak

15、e a new dialogue between a doctor and a patient. Show students illnesses and ask them to choose a illness to make a new dialogue between a doctor and a patient. The dialogue should have 4 parts: illness, how long, why and what to do. 编一个医患之间的小 对话运用本堂课所学 的词汇、 短语和目标句 型。 10 Revise what they learn in th

16、is class. Sum up the new words , useful phrases and key sentence structure. 总结、巩固本堂课所 学。 11 Homework: You must: Do exercise book 1 M4U1. Read the conversation in M4U1 fluently. You can: Help Daming write a note for leave(请假条) to tell the teacher why he cant come to school tomorrow. 巩固本单元所学内容。 10 Blackboard design: stomach . have/has done . for/since . fever . be bad for. cough . do harm to .
