Lets learn A. lets chant 两个板块。 本课时的 A Lets learn.部分通过天气预报员预报中国几大城市的气温与天气状况，呈 现了描述天气特点的形容词：cool ，cold，hot ，warm ， weather 的词形和意义。 A Lets chant 部分则是通过活动来操练 A Lets learn. 中关于天气特点的词汇及词组。 本活动通过有韵律的节奏说唱，强化单词的音义匹配训练并增加课堂的趣味性。 本课时是整个单元的首课时，在本单元中起引领与铺垫作用，重点掌握“Its +描述天 气特点的形容词+地点.”描述某地天气状况的句型和一些描述天气特点的形容词。根据以 上任务，我在设计教学过程中。遵循以学生为主体的原则。采用分组合作，游戏教学的方 法等引导学生在愉悦的心情下掌握新知。 三、课时目标三、课时目标 1. 能够听、说、认、读 A Lets learn.部分关于天气的单词及词组：cool ，cold，hot ，warm ， weather。 2. 能够熟练运用句型“This is the weather report . Ss:Good morning.teachers. T: What time is it? Ss: Its eight ten. T：Yes, Its time for English class. Are you ready? Ss: Yes. 设计意图：通过师生问候，即活跃了课堂，复习了旧知，又引起了孩子们的学习兴趣。 Step 2 Lead in 活动：“抽读单词” 活动方案：老师准备学过的形容词：fat ，thin，tall，short ，long，big ，small，strong 等。然后由学生抽单词试读，同学们说出它们的反义词。 S1：thin Ss: fat S1：tall Ss: short 设计意图：通过活动，复习了旧知，活跃了课堂气氛，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的 听说能力。 Step 3 Presentation 1.教学 A Lets learn 教学单词 hot 教师拿出带有热水的热水袋，作出很热的样子说：Its hot. Its very hot . Do you want to try? 找几位自告奋勇的学生试着来感受一下，鼓励他们学说：“Its hot.”老师并板书：hot 。 老师出示夏天的图片说：“Its hot.”最后用 two by two 的形式操练单词。 教学单词 warm 教师边拿出带有温水的热水袋边说：“Its warm. Do you want to try?”叫同学们上台 前感受一下两个暖水袋，边指着带有温水的暖水袋边引导学生们说：“Its warm.”然后展 示春天的图片介绍说：Its warm. 并板书：warm 然后用“开火车”的形式操练单词。 教学单词 cool 教师出示秋天的图片说：“Its cool.”板书：cool 告诉学生 cool 是“凉爽的”意思。 然后采用 高、低声来操练单词。即老师高举单词卡，同学们高声读；老师把词卡放到胸前， 学生中声读；老师把词卡放到腹部，学生低声读。 教学单词 cold 教师拿出一块冰块，引导学生说：“Its cold.”并板书：cold 领读 然后展示冬天的 图片说：“Its cold ,too.” 。用“开火车”的游戏操练单词。即一名学生读完单词后面向另 一位同学，再有另一位同学来读，以此类推。 设计意图：通过实物叫学生亲身感受单词，再展示图片让学生更深一步的理解这些单词还 可以来描述天气，从而习得语言。然后再操练单词，使学生更深一步的理解单词。 教学句型：This is the weather report. Its warm in Beijing today. 教师播放天气预报片段，边播放边介绍说：“This is the weather report.”并板书句型： 老师强调单词 weather ；report ，告诉学生 weather 是“天气”的意思。 report 是“报告” 的意思，weather report 是“天气预报”的意思。再带读单词及词组，提醒学生注意 “ther”的发音，最后带读句子“This is the weather report.” 出示世界地图展示四个大城市依次提问： T：Where is it ? Ss：Its Harbin/ Beijing / Lhasa / Hong Kong. 并板书四个城市名。强调正确读音，尤 其是 Lhasa 和 Hong Kong 。 教师出示北京春天的景象说：Its warm in Beijing today.并板书句型。指着 Harbin 问： T: Is it warm in Harbin? Ss：No, It isnt . Its cold in Harbin. 教师板书：Its in 指着 Lhasa 让学生说：Its cool in Lhasa. 指着 Hong Kong 让学生说：Its hot in Hong Kong. 教师播放“Lets learn”的课文录音，学生整体感知课文内容。 教师再次播放课文录音，学生整体感知课文内容。 教师指图，学生说天气。 设计意图：通过利用世界地图来教学句型，掌握世界各地的天气情况的不同，从而习得语 言。 2. 教学 A. Lets chant 先播放一遍 Lets chant 的录音，体会韵句的节奏；然后通过屋里屋外的图片及动作讲解 句子：Its cold outside.Put on a hat. Take off your shoes. It feels so nice. 接着让学生跟录音说 韵句。最后师生边说句子，边做动作，操练歌谣。教师引导学生根据其他两种气候情况， 改编歌谣。 如： Brrr , Its hot outside. Its hot outside. Open the sun umbrella. Hot , bye- bye Mmm! Its cool. Its cool inside. Put down the sun umbrella. It feels so nice. 设计意图：通过播放歌谣感受韵律，后跟录音读歌谣，培养了学生的听说能力；做动作操 练歌谣，增强了孩子们对歌谣的理解能力。通过改编歌谣增加了课堂的趣味性，调节了课 堂的气氛。 Step 4 Practice 活动“小小气象家” 活动方案：教师出示标有各地气温的地图，每四人一组播报天气争当“小小气象家” 老师择优到台前表演，选出“小小气象家” 。 如：Good morning.
