Unit 6 Countries Lesson 1 教学设计教学设计 一、教材内容分析 本课时的教学内容为新起点英语四年级下册第六单元的第一课时,教材第 60 页内 容,即 A Look, listen and repeat, B Lets role- play, C Lets write. A 部分借助对话和图片 呈现 5 个目标词汇:Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, China 等单词;并让学生看、听、 说、做等途径来感知并学习这些词汇。B 部分通过看图、角色扮演,帮助学生操练词 汇,并体会词汇在交际情境中的运用。C 部分要求学生根据语境选择所学词汇完成句 子填空,同时强化良好的英文书写习惯。 二、学生情况分析 学生在一年级学习过自我介绍,学会了 Im 句型的掌握,26 个字母的学习,为 这节课的顺利学习打下基础。 三、教学目标 通过本节课的学习,学生能够达到以下目标: 1. 能够听懂、会说 Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, China等单词,并能尝试借助 拼读规律认读并识记单词和短语。 2. 能够根据图片或者情境,初步运用Im from表达自己来自哪个国家。 3. 能够根据语境,选择本课所学词汇完成句子填空,同时强化良好的书写习惯。 四、教学重难点 教学重点:能够听懂、会说 Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, China等单词,并能 尝试借助拼读规律认读并识记单词和短语。 教学难点:能够根据图片或者情境,初步运用Im from 表达自己来自哪个国家。 五、教学步骤 (一)Warming up. (热身) 1. 师生互相问候,教师介绍自己。 2. 生唱ABC song。 (2)引出课题。 1. 播放视频Where are you from?。 2. 板书课题。 T: Do you like this English song? Ss: Yes. T: Great. I like it, too. Now please open your book and turn to page 60. Today well study “Unit 6 Countries Lesson 1”. (三)单词学习 1. 师提问出示课件。 (1)T: Do you know how many countries are there in the world? S1: 100 S2: 200 T: Ill tell you the answer. (2) T: Which countries do you know? S1: 中国 S2:美国 (师出示世界地图并补充) 2. 重点单词教学 (1)教学“China” T: Look here! Which country is it? Ss: 中国 T: How to speak it in English? Please read after me .”China” Ss: China. T: Whats the flags name? Ss: 五星红旗 T: How about this one? Ss: 万里长城 (2)以此类方法教学 the USA、the UK、Australia、 Canada。 教学课文 Part A。 T: Please look at this picture. Can you tell me where are they? Ss: China. T: Yes. They are in China. And who are they? Ss: T: Yes, they are pupils. They are from different countries. Now I want you to listen carefully and then tell me where are they from?
