What day is it today ? Hows the weather today ? 老师点明课题: Today well learn Lesson 9. 2. Guessing game. 学生根据幻灯片提示的文字猜出相关单词,bank, hotel,cake shop,supermarket,并以此将全班分组并以此命名。T:Now we have four groups. Lets have a competation. If you answer my questions, you can get a card for your group. And you can use these cards to make a new community.分组后继续猜单词, 学生可用中文说出交通信号灯,师领读单词并解释。学生唱有关信 号灯的英文歌曲。 (二)Presentation 1.Introduce your community. T: Last lesson I told you to draw your community, now please introduce it.邀请几名学生到台前展示并介绍自己的社区。 2. 出示教师的社区,Jinzhong community. T: This is my community. Last week I moved to this community. Now I live in this community. Some of you live in it. Who lives in this community? 指名学生回答并进一步提 问:How do you go to school everyday? Is it far from here ? How can you get there? How long does it take ? 利用幻灯片和学生一起讨论乘公交车,骑自行车,步行以及开车到 达学校的时间,从而引出 Only a few minutes. 3.课件出示金钟社区的 地图,让学生帮忙找到去超市和金钟小学的 路,生可用中文解释,师引导学生用 go down this street, turn right at . turn left at . 巩固重点句式的小活动; 活动 1: Lets draw. 每组进行听音画图标的练习,画在提前准备好的图片上,师核对答 案。 活动 2.Listen and do . 教师一次邀请两名同学,发出指令,学生根据指令在教室内直走或 在相应的位置左转右转。位置即是每组的组名。可让学生发出指令。 活动 3.Find the ways to the park. 小组内讨论到金水公园的路,请同学到台前指路并描述。 4. 学习课文。 先给出四个问题,听录音先回答前两个问题,再让学生打开书讨论 后两个问题,并在书中画出第四个问题的答案,课件显示路线,师 核对答案。让学生齐读课文。 三.Practice 1.Make up a new dialogue. 各组用得到的卡片来设计新的社区,并创编新对话. 邀请学生到台前展示新社区并表演对话。 2.师总结,Today you all did a good job. We worked in pairs and in groups. And we learned from each other. I hope you like English and please study hard every day ,your English will be better and better. 四. Homework 1. Listen to the tape, and recite the dialogue. 2. Ask and answer the way with your partners.
