II.Learning the sentence pattern ”Where is my?”, ask somebody where something is, and know how to answer it. Teaching Importance: Master the sentence pattern, and make a simple dialogue. Teaching Difficulties: Make a simple dialogue with someone. Teaching Procedure: I.Warming up: 1. Watch a video about on, in, under 2. Lets guess: What animal is it? 3. I have a cat. But I dont know where it is. Lead to the topic II.New presentation: 1. On/in/under/near: present pictures and ask where is the cat? Using body language to teach. 2. Lets chant: 3. Look and choose: look at the picture, and put the prepositions into the blank. 4. Present the picture on P47. Ask student who they are and what they can see in the picture. 5. Watch the video and listen carefully, then answer questions: Where is Alices eraser? Where is Liu Zhaoyangs ruler? III.Practice activities: 1. Role-play: A: Excuse me, where is my. B: Its on/in/under/near. 2. Look and say: Look at the picture and say where are things in the picture. 3. Make new dialogue with your deskmate. IV.Conclusion What do you learn? V.Homework 1.
