Unit6 Today is her birthday 教学内容: Part A lets learn Part B lets chant 学情分析: 所带学生处于偏远乡镇农村,学生英语基础较差,对英语 学习的兴趣不浓厚,而且自卑心理严重,不敢开口讲英语,不 敢大声读英语。本节课以学习有关生日礼物的表达为主,结合 小学生好动,好玩的特征,我设计了一节生活气息浓厚,情境 逼真,简单活动丰富的微型课程,来减少学生学习的障碍,增 加对英语的学习兴趣。 教学目标: 知识目标:1. 能听说读写四会词汇:gifts, flowers,card, birthday party, balloon, candles。 2. 能区分名词的单复数的变化。 能力目标:1. 能在实际生活中灵活运用以上词汇。 2. 能完成 B 部分歌谣内容。 情感目标:1. 建立他们初步的社交关系,知道如何和别人打交 道,懂得一些简单的生活礼仪。 2. 建立他们热爱生活,关心家人,关爱朋友的良好 社会关系。 教学重点: 能在在短短的 25 分钟内掌握所学新单词,至少能达到认识, 能读会听懂四会单词。 教学难点: 能在实际生活中灵活运用以上词汇 教学准备:生日礼物,小的生日蛋糕,蜡烛,花,贺卡,气球, 快板,红领巾,单词卡片 教学过程: I 新课导入(Leading in ) i. warming up:Circle your birthday T: Do you know birthday? S: Yes, I do. Circle your birthday on your book. 让学生互相知道对方的生日礼物,并且找到本周即将过生日的 同学,提前得知有一位同学刚好本周过生日,计划要为该同学 在课堂上举办一场生日派对。 II Presentation 课前将同学们分为 6 小组,每组 56 人,谁表现得好可以为自 己组得到一朵小红花,课后谁的小红花最多该组每人可以得到 一个气球。 i. 新课展示 Part A lets learn T: *s birthday is on Apr. 13th. And today is Apr. 13th , so today is his birthday. I decide to have a birthday party for *. What do we need? 拿出一份生日礼物盒子,告诉他们我们首先需要准备礼物。 1. 教授词汇:gift. 板书并拼读单词。借助单词卡片通过图形 的单复数让学生区分名词的单复数,将单复数的两张卡片粘贴 在黑板上。 2. T: What do we need then? We also need flowers. 拿出 提前准备好的花,教授新单词。先拿出一枝花,教授 flower, 再拿出许多花,引导学生自己说出 flowers。板书并拼读单词。 同上将单复数的两张卡片粘贴在黑板上。 3. T: Not enough. We also need balloons. 假装从兜里掏出 一个东西,使劲吹,最后吹炸了,同学们能猜出汉语是气球。 从而教授新单词 balloons. 拿出吹好的气球。板书并拼读单词。 拿出复数的图片引导学生自己说出 balloons. 同上将单复数的 两张卡片粘贴在黑板上。 4. T:What do we need then? Do we need candles? 拿出蜡 烛,Yes or no?教授新单词 candles,板书并拼读单词。让同学 们自己举手读一读,听一听他们的发音。拿出单复数图片让同 学们自己区分,将单复数的两张卡片粘贴在黑板上。 5. T: If we want to have a birthday party, we can prepare a birthday card for our friend. Do you know card? 拿出贺卡,同学们就明白了了,纠正发音,板书并拼读 单词,让同学们拼一拼,写一写。区分单词的单复数。 6. After all the gifts, then we can have a birthday party. 提前把教室用气球简单地布置一下,营造派对的氛围, 在教室黑板上画上简笔画。最后引出中心词 birthday party. 教读并板书。 7. 再次教读单词,老师指学生读。用大小声音和高地声音读一 读。让同学们两人搭档自己读。最后齐读。 III. Have a birthday party. 举办生日派对,让本周过生日 的同学在另一位同学的帮助下到教室外面。(蒙上眼睛,戴上 生日帽)搀扶进来。 拿出一个小蛋糕,点燃 10 岁生日蜡烛,将教室里面的窗帘拉上, 使光线变暗。这时请出今日小寿星,数到三摘下眼罩,引导他 许愿,大家齐唱生日歌。许完愿吹灭蜡烛,大家可以赠送准备 好的礼物(flowers, card, gift ) 在黑板上板书重要句子:happy birthday to you! Today is her/his birthday. IV. Part B Lets chant. Turn to page 49. Read after me. And then take out my allegro(快板), 学生跟着快板的节奏一起说唱。可以进行两 遍,一遍慢速,一遍快速。 V. Summary. What do you learn today? Review the new words together. VI. Homework. 1. Make a birthday card for your friend. 2. Teach your family to learn the new words.
