Home work: 1.Read the text for 3 times / 5 times 2.与家长一起整理书房 / 储物柜,并试着用 Lets. / Where? 等句子交流。 1 Module 4 Unit 1 Lets make a home library 教学设计 教材分析:本单元是围绕孩子们做家庭图书馆,并请朋友来做客而展开的 话题;通过学习,学生要基本会用 Lets句型来表达建议,会用 where? 提 问并回答,学习如何整理书籍资料,给学生提供了好的学习建议,有利于学生 学会整理,养成有条不紊的习惯,也为下一课学习如何准确有效地获取信息做 好铺垫。 学情分析:五年级的学生已有了两年的英语学习基础,掌握了一定的英语 学习技能,但在语言积累与运用方面还有待拓展,Lets的运用相对应该容易 些,where 一词虽然已学过,但本课的句型较难,且本单元词汇较多,要掌握 好本课知识对他们来讲还是有难度,因而要精心设计课堂学习任务。 教学目标: 1.知识目标: (1)学生能够听、说、认读并运用词汇:library, idea ,put, heavy , card, ask, wrong , dear; (2)能听、说、认读并会用句型 Lets和 where? 及答语; 2.能力目标: (1)能听懂并掌握本课重点单词; (2)能在具体情境中运用句型表达建议、询问并回答; (3)能在阅读中理解课文,朗读课文; (4)学会整理书籍、资料等事物; 3.情感目标: 培养学生积极参与学习活动,在学习中体会如何整理物品,并养成良好的 放置物品习惯。 教学重点: 学习本课新单词 library, idea ,put, heavy , card, ask, wrong , dear; 句型 Lets / where? They are 教学难点: 如何让学生学会用 Lets 表达建议,用 where?询问并回答,且能在实 2 际中运用。 教学准备:教学课件,单词卡片,卡纸,图片等 教学过程: 一、Warning up 1.Sing a song together: The zoo 2.Guessing game; (以歌曲热身,让学生快速融入英语课堂学习氛围,并以读一读,猜一猜的 活动进一步吸引学生的学习注意力,激发学习兴趣,培养了学生的阅读能力与 思维能力,从而也为引出本课主题做铺垫。) 二、Leading-in and Presentation 1.Show some pictures of the libraries; 2.Talk bout the library; (基于发展学生素养,让学生在学习单词 library 后,了解一些知名图书馆及 在实际中应遵守的一些规则。) 三、Text learning 1. listen and find “let” (总体感知课文,并体会 Lets的句型) 2. Have the students learn the new words; 3. Learn Part 1 (1) Answer this question: Where are the books from ? (理解课文并引出 They want to make a home library) (2) Talk about home library; (通过谈论 home library 让学生体会建家庭图书 馆的意义,并进一步设问 How to make a home library, 引入下一环节的学习) 4.Learn Part 2 (Paragraphs 2 and 3) (1) Listen then find the key sentences; (理解他们怎样建家庭图书馆) (2) Learn the new words and talk about dictionary; ( 通过谈论字典相关内容, 让学生对这一工具用书有更深的了解,而不仅仅是学习单词,要在实际中懂得 根据需要而恰当使用。) (3)T: They put the books on the shelf. Now theyve got a home library. And they want to ask their friends to come.(引导学习第三部分) 5. Learn Part 3 (1) Listen and answer the questions; 3 (2)Read the sentences; T: Oh they are in the wrong place. Be serious in work. (渗透情感教育,培养学 生做事认真有序的意识) (3) Read the text; 四、Consolidation 1. Have the students finish the exercise; 2.Drill; 五、Practice Group work: Make a home library 六、Summary Have the students read the key words and the sentences; T: Today ,weve learnt to make a home library.
