Unit 3 lesson 2 学情分析: 本校地处温江区的城乡结合部,孩子们对英语的学习兴趣呈现 两极分化的现象。本课时是北师大版教材三年级起点六年级上册三 单元的第二课时。本单元安排体育运动话题,词汇重点是序数词。 序数词是一个全新的内容,虽然是第一次出现,但是教师要引导学 生注意前三个序数词的形式构成的特别之处,对于 fourth 到 tenth 可以让学生观察总结其构成规律,这样就降低了难度,所以 从认知的层面来讲,学生在基数词的基础上学习序数词应该不是一 个难点。教学中可以让学生比较英语、汉语在这一点的异同来实现 整个教学。 教学目标: 知识技能目标 1、能够理解序数词的意义,掌握序数词 firsttenth,并能在 句子中能够正确使用。 2、在插图的帮助下读懂故事叙述文本的内容。 3、朗读人物对话,讲述故事的主要内容。 4、询问和说明先后顺序或比赛名次; 5、询问别人是否做了某事 情感态度目标 培养学生集体荣誉感,给别人鼓励;学会欣赏和赞赏他人。 学习策略目标 能够对序数词和基数词的异同进行比较。 能根据思维导图,对故事文本进行复述。 教学重点: 1、理解故事的主要情节,读懂叙述文本的内容; 2、能在语境中初步运用询问或说明比赛名次的表达法。 教学难点: 结合连环画理解陈述语篇。 教学准备: 磁带、多煤体教学光盘、幻灯片(附英文歌曲)、单词卡片。 教学过程: 一、导入 a、师生相互问好。 b、师:现在我想请三位同学到黑板前来进行默写单词比赛, who can?师指名,并说 you,come here ,please!依次请出三位同 学在教师已画好的四线三格里写出这十个单词:(one two three four five six seven eight nine ten )看谁写得又对又快,并产生 第一名,第二名,第三名。 二、新课 words to learn 1、学习单词 紧接着教师问:who was first?(刚才谁是第一?)生说出那 个学生名字,同时,教师把得第一的学生名字写在事先画好的领奖 台上,说 she was first.并在四线三格内板书单词 first,然后说:我 们向他表示祝贺,ok?(生一起表扬)教师范读单词 first,生跟读。 用同样的方法教学新单词 second third。这就是我们这节课要学习 的序数词(板书课题)。 2、幻灯出示课本主题图 a、运动会进行得紧张而激烈,同学们个个争先恐后,你想知道 他们的名次吗?请看图。师指着主题图问:他是第几?生答:他是 第四。we say:he was fourth.教师在四线三格内板书单词 fourth, 师领读,生跟读。然后请生单独读,师纠正发音。 b、教师继续指着图问,启发生说出 heshe was fifth.师在四 线三格内板书单词 fifth,师领读,生跟读。然后请生单独读,师纠正 发音。用同样的方法完成单词 fifth sixth seventh eighth ninth tenth 的教学。 3、发现规律 细心的你,今天我们学习的这些序数词与开始大家写的基数词 比较,你发现了什么?(规律:在基数词的基础上加 h 或 th 就变成 了今天所学的序数词)你和他想得一样吗?(一样) 4、出示单词卡片 我想来考考你,看你今天学习得怎样,ok? a、师出示单词卡片,生读。师指名问 can you spell it,please?生 生拼写单词。 b、游戏。师将单词卡片中的一个藏起来,问 where is ninth?oh,its here. 5、指导生书写单词。 6、听录音。 7、认读单词(出示多煤体教学光盘) 这节课我们只学会了这些内容还远远不够,我们要再认识一些 新朋友们。出示单词。(教师纠正发音) one hundred excited one thousand fast sports meter prize decide race high win 三、游戏。 下面我们来做一个游戏 ,轻松一下。这个游戏的名字是数青 蛙,游戏的规则是:先请 10 名同学到中间来围成一个圈,一人 说一句,如:生 1 一只青蛙一张嘴,生 2 两只眼睛四条腿谁说 错了谁出列,第一个说错的同学就是 tenth,第二个说错的同学就是 ninth,依次类推,产生 eighth, seventh, sixth, fifth, fourth, third, second, first. do you understand?(明白了吗?)然后排序的同 学在回到自已位置时还要说一句:i am first,i am secondare you ok? (在做游戏的同时,师生们要一起打节奏。) listen to this 1、师放录音,生做出正确选择。 2、指名回答,(尽可鼓励生用英语读出整个句子)集体订正。 四、lets practice 教师出示文本段落,让学生根据课文内容,看着黑板的关键单 词,复述文本。 板书设计: first third second
