The New Years Day / the Water Festival Thailandin Aprilthrow water 四、教学反思四、教学反思 我的设计和在课堂教学中呈现出的是重在对学生阅读方法的指 导，从教师指导，到小组合作阅读，再到放手让学生自己去阅读， 一步步引导，逐步放手让学生自己处理，从阅读技巧到形成初步的 阅读能力。 在阅读教学中我认为：首先，充分调动学生积极性，让学生真 正成为课堂的主人。这是新课标的重要特点，也是素质教育的要求。 这节课我既注重学生主体参与又重视了学生个性健康和谐的发展， 最大限度激发了不同层次学生的学习热情，顾及到了全班学生，增 强了他们的自信心和参与意识。在拓展部分，让学生展开联想，激 起了学生对英语学习的兴趣，营造了宽松，民主，和谐的教与学的 氛围。 其次，我于利用学生的“旧知”实现向“新知”的迁移，在读 前的环节都做到了。注重学生学习策略的培养，从而使学生从“学 会”迅速过渡到“会学”上来。老师采用师生对话引出新课内容， 充分调动学生已有的知识储备，让学生的思维活跃起来，对英语产 生兴趣，并且在每个教学环节中对学生的要求清楚明确，难易适中； 教学目的明确，重难点突出，容量也相当大。整堂课富有激情，学 生的情绪高涨。老师有针对性地因层施教，分层设计课堂教学，促 进他们的参与意识，达到学会学习的目的，使不同层次的学生都能 在不同程度上体会学习的成就感。老师以自己的热情去感染了学生， 教学中适当降低了教学难度，给足情景和关键词来操练，帮助中、 差生消除了自卑感，缩小不同层次学生之间的差距，做到循序渐进， 行之有效。 不足之处就是课堂上的一些处理能更细致，适当降低难度就会 更好，学生参与度会更高。
