18、 doing pair work, group work, oral practice and so on.10. 教学反思与改进纵观整个教学过程，自己能按照新课标的要求让学生自主学习和探究学习，教学过程中运用图片创设语言情境，激发学生开口说英语，拓展知识，使学生尽情地投入学习，并会仿照，最后达到熟练运用。同时还创设小组活动，鼓励学生个体之间的融洽合作和有序竞争，把激励和竞争带进课堂，形成了较开放的教学模式。但是在活动设计上，通过实践，发现通过听句子来猜测职业的这个活动设计的不太合理。原因是上课地点没有音箱，后来就接到了自己的笔记本电脑上，谁知道笔记本发出的声音简直是微乎其微，后面的同学根本听不到，影响了教学效果。故以后再次赛课的时候要综合考虑多方面的原因。
