18、 doing pair work, group work, oral practice and so on.10. 教学反思与改进纵观整个教学过程,自己能按照新课标的要求让学生自主学习和探究学习,教学过程中运用图片创设语言情境,激发学生开口说英语,拓展知识,使学生尽情地投入学习,并会仿照,最后达到熟练运用。同时还创设小组活动,鼓励学生个体之间的融洽合作和有序竞争,把激励和竞争带进课堂,形成了较开放的教学模式。但是在活动设计上,通过实践,发现通过听句子来猜测职业的这个活动设计的不太合理。原因是上课地点没有音箱,后来就接到了自己的笔记本电脑上,谁知道笔记本发出的声音简直是微乎其微,后面的同学根本听不到,影响了教学效果。故以后再次赛课的时候要综合考虑多方面的原因。
