1、搬运工培训辽宁爱家源物流有限公司2022-6-5目录目录010203 搬运工人安全培训2022-6-5一、要求与职责工作要求： 1.有良好的身体素质，为人正直，无任何不良嗜好。 2.能听从领导指示，服从命令； 3.反应灵活，雷厉风行，不拖沓，吃苦耐劳； 4.认真敬业，工作积极主动，执行力强，守时守信，安全搬运； 5.热爱本职工作，遵守公司各项规章制度，爱护车辆，商品和仓库一切物品。 6.熟悉的出入库货运作业、和翻班制度。2022-6-5工作职责 1.上岗前应按规定穿着工装，认真检查所使用工具有否完好、可靠。所用各类吊具是否符合要求，不得超负荷使用。 2.根据搬运工作的情况，应穿戴好必要的防护用
2、品。 3.搬运工人要遵守劳动纪律，服从仓管员的指挥，执行仓管员的工作指令，在规定的时间内完成规定的工作。 4 搬运任何物品均应做到：重不压轻、大不压小、堆放平稳、捆扎牢固、严禁扔砸、野蛮操作。2022-6-5工作职责 5.人工搬运、装卸物件时，个人搬运应防止砸伤，多人搬运同一物件时，要有专人指挥，并保持一定间隔，一律顺肩，步调一致。 6.未经公司允许，严禁私自装运化学危险物品、易燃、易爆等物品。 7.装车卸车要挂好货物的规定吊点，并应检查箱体底脚是否牢固完好，挂好后，应先试吊确认稳妥后方能指挥吊车起吊。 8.乘车时人不得站立在物件和前栏板间，开车时要坐稳坐好，车未停稳不得上下车。 9.使用吊车
