2、ons to keep healthy. Firstly, we should keep a good mood(保持好心情). Keeping a good mood can make us healthy and wealthy(富有的). Secondly, we should have enough sleep (拥有足够的 睡眠) every day. Dont stay up(不熬夜) at night and get up early in the morning. Thirdly, we should have a good eating habit, eating more

3、fruits and green vegetables, and eating less meat (吃少点肉) and no junk food (不 吃垃圾食品). Besides, make sure that we dont smoke and drink (不抽 烟、不喝酒). In addition, we should wash hands before meals (饭前洗 手). Whats more, when we are at home, we should open the windows to keep the air clean(开窗保持空气清新)(开窗保持空气清
