Step IV Homework Make a new dialogue. 教学反思 每次一遍一遍地精心准备一节课,都像 照镜子一样,看到真实的自己,有好也有 不好。上完本节课,我对自己最满意的地 方便是:不那么慌了,稳了许多,也淡定 了许多!是的,我成长了!当然也让我看 到了自己的不足之处,这也恰是我的成长 点!第一,我觉得还是准备的不够充足。 上课的环节还有待于精简,并突出重点。 一会儿打开动画,一会打开 ppt,一会又 看着黑板,然后再.会不会让人眼花缭乱, 这一点,我往后要慢慢斟酌。第二,组织 活动方面,依旧是我的弱项。如何设计活 动,包括活动中的各个细节;如何引导学 生进入活动当中;又如何保证全体同学都 参与到活动当中。这些都是我日后努力的 方向。第三,我说的还是有点多,如何让 学生多说,如何设计.这些需要慢慢思考 和总结。每一次讲课都是一次进步,这次 也不例外。通过这次讲课,我还意识到自 己的一些漏洞是自查不了的,有些成长的 点,需要通过他人的视角探寻到,今后我 要积极并大胆地参与到各种助于自己成长 和锻炼自己的活动当中,以取得更大的成 长!
