Step IV Homework Make a new dialogue. 教学反思 每次一遍一遍地精心准备一节课，都像 照镜子一样，看到真实的自己，有好也有 不好。上完本节课，我对自己最满意的地 方便是：不那么慌了，稳了许多，也淡定 了许多！是的，我成长了！当然也让我看 到了自己的不足之处，这也恰是我的成长 点！第一，我觉得还是准备的不够充足。 上课的环节还有待于精简，并突出重点。 一会儿打开动画，一会打开 ppt，一会又 看着黑板，然后再.会不会让人眼花缭乱， 这一点，我往后要慢慢斟酌。第二，组织 活动方面，依旧是我的弱项。如何设计活 动，包括活动中的各个细节；如何引导学 生进入活动当中；又如何保证全体同学都 参与到活动当中。这些都是我日后努力的 方向。第三，我说的还是有点多，如何让 学生多说，如何设计.这些需要慢慢思考 和总结。每一次讲课都是一次进步，这次 也不例外。通过这次讲课，我还意识到自 己的一些漏洞是自查不了的，有些成长的 点，需要通过他人的视角探寻到，今后我 要积极并大胆地参与到各种助于自己成长 和锻炼自己的活动当中，以取得更大的成 长！
