20、、竞赛等于一 体，以学生为主体，教师在其中穿针引线，有效补充，围绕学习目标展开学习， 让学生在乐中学，在学中乐，培养学生学英语的兴趣及自主学习的能力。这让这 节课的收获颇丰，例如：在做游戏时学生们幽默自然的良好表现，对新句型的 熟练掌握更是不在话下。表演环节学生们的表现更是比我所想的好很多，因为 表演本身就是一项难度较大的练习，更何况对于新授课，我知道这和我在穿针引 线时的因势利导、知识迁移等是密不可分的。 3. 尽管我付出了很多努力，本节课还是有瑕疵，由于对教学教学环节时间的设计把 握没有做到精准，造成超时两分钟。在做游戏时，出现了偶然，按正常概率来算 传个三四个学生是可以把 What do

21、es he do?和 What does she do?都练习到的， 结果传了四个学生都是男生，最后还是叫了一个女生。在表演时，学生们比预想 的积极踊跃得多，就多叫了一两组，毕竟对于学生们来说也是台上半分钟，台下 十分钟，最重要的是你给了他们展现的机会，其实就是给了他们展示这节课收获 的机会，他们会有一种获得肯定的快感。从事英语教学的经验告诉我，多叫一个 女生大约会多用半分多钟，多叫两组同学表演会多用一分多钟，但我还是更关注 教学结果，这样做了。 4. 如果让我重新上这节课，我一定能表现得更好，我深知对于课堂教学来说永远没 有最好，只有更好，所以我会一如既往的努力，努力，再努力，不断提高自己的 教学能力!
