7、st is 30 per hour. Guided Ride We know that riding on the roads in London can be scary, and if you have to navigate(确定行车路线)as well it can become a really hard task! The Guided Ride service takes all the stress out of it for you by providing the following: Route planned in advance to suit your skill

8、level. Route map provided to you. Cycle and equipment checked. We will teach you a simple method to check basic roadworthiness(车辆性能) of your bike that you can perform on a weekly basis. Route discussed and focus given to any areas requiring special attention. Cycle along with the instructor close be

The humans adapt pretty well to routines and that makes us more efficient, meaning that you can save a lot of time and that your body also can relax better and faster. This is what Ive learnt from my own

13、morning routines. I for myself always prepare my first meal for the following day every evening. I take 300 ml of water, 30 grams of chia seeds, and a couple oats(燕麦) and leave them in a plastic container in my fridge overnight. All I have to do in the morning is to add some fresh berries. I also ha

14、ve my cup and my coffee capsule ready, and the first thing when I come out of the bathroom is to turn on the coffee machine while Im getting dressed. Getting dressed is a good point. I have already prepared my clothes for work. So I dont get stuck in my decision whether I want to wear the white, bla

15、ck, purple or blue blouse. After Im dressed, my coffee is ready and while Im quickly getting my hair and make-up done, Ill drink my coffee. I dont need usually longer than 30-40 minutes in the morning to get ready and leave the house. This helps me firstly to sleep a little bit longer and secondly n

16、ot to be in a rush and be calm for the day. So, my friends, try to apply some certain routines to your day and youll see how your mind and your body will adapt to them and you have more energy to focus on important things. 4.
