1、第八讲第八讲 应用文（发言稿应用文（发言稿/演讲稿）演讲稿）发言稿是人们在工作和社会生活中经常使用的一种文体，该文体通常要有吸引力，明确发言的对象。对不同听众的发言，内容自然就不一样。发言稿需要用口头语言，合乎口语的表达习惯，句子要求短小精悍，铿锵有力。赞成什么、反对什么，要旗帜鲜明，不能模棱两可。发言稿一般要有问题的提出、分析、认识、自己的设想与构思等。具体地说：1了解书写格式。称呼问候介绍表达心情和谢意介绍演讲的标题演讲的内容再次表示感谢2注意发言稿的结构。发言稿第一段侧重介绍事情的发生、发展和结局。第二段应紧扣主题表示欢迎、欢送、号召、建议、个人看法等。3序号的巧妙运用。一些发言稿内容繁

2、多，自己的感受和体会也比较多，我们直接写出问题或自己的想法时，可能会比较零乱，这时可用序号1、2、3等表示，问题讲完，即告结束。4语言直白简洁。发言稿是直接面向听众的，所以我们在语言的选择上要简短，尽可能多使用简单句，听众一听就能听懂，当然，一些经典的长句我们也可以用在文中。5观点鲜明，感情真挚。发言稿观点鲜明，显示着说话者对一种理性认识的肯定，也显示着说话者对客观事物见解的透彻程度，能给人以可信性和可靠感，感情真挚才能打动人，引起听众的共鸣。【必备词汇】speech n.演讲quote n&v.引用presentation n.陈述；报告topic n.话题aspect n.方面conclu
