1 指导思想与理论依据指导思想与理论依据 英语课程标准指出:义务教育阶段英语课程具有工具性和人文性的双重性质。课程要从 学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,强调激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生观 察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神。使学生能在良好的语言环境中,掌握一定的英语基础知 识,形成一定的综合语言运用能力,培养学生自主学习的意识和能力。 因此,我在设计课程的时候,考虑到学生的真实需求和兴趣,以生活中学生最为关注的节日 及经常做的事情为切入点,为学生创设真实、自然的语言情境,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性, 让学生有目的的使用语言、习得语言。同时,帮助学生建立思维框架的认知基础,帮助学生发展 语言和思维能力,促进英语学科素养的形成与发展。 教学背景分析教学背景分析 教学内容分析:教学内容分析: 本单元围绕“节日及安排”这一话题展开,对话都是基于学生喜闻乐见的重要节日设计的。 本课是本单元的第二课时,本课呈现的是中外主人公就国际儿童节及可以做的活动进行交流。本 课要求学生能够在节日情景下进行恰当的语言交际及在讨论节日安排过程中,产生的延展性语言 的理解及恰当的运用,包括对文化的理解。 本课中出现以下三个板块:Listen and say 设计了 Mike 和 Lingling 在学校交谈儿童节的情景。 Lingling 向 Mike 介绍中国学生在儿童节当天的活动。接着 Mike 又进一步提问,Lingling 逐一回答。 此情景与学生生活实际紧密联系,可以很好地进行利用和拓展。Listen, look, and learn 板块在对话 话题 Childrens Day 的基础上,拓展了另外两个节日 New Years Day, National Day 及活动,为学生 提供更多的模拟操练场景,这些场景来源于学生的生活实际,学生乐于学习。Lets do 部分由两 个连续性活动构成:听节日活动描述,为图片排序;基于听力图片内容,问答交流。由于听力部 分的 4 个节日首次出现,教师在听前需要向学生介绍 4 个节日的时间及意义,能帮助学生更好理 解相应内容。 考虑到时间上的局限和本班学生的实际水平,教师本节课主要围绕 Childrens Day 进行教学, 至于引出不同的节日和 Lets do 板块将放在下一节课感悟体验学习。 学情分析:学情分析: 1.年龄特点:本班共有学生 44 人,经过将近四年的英语学习,学生们已经具有了一定的英语 学习基础、具备了一定的语言交际能力。大多数同学对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣,课上能够专心 听讲,积极参与,有着良好的学习习惯;但少部分同学,随着知识学习难度的不断递增,对英语 学习的兴趣呈下降趋势。还有一些同学性格内向,课上总是羞于开口,以上就是本班学生英语学 习的现状。因此,基于以上情况,教师在课程设计上要基于学生实际出发,关注全体,设计教学 2 活动,创设真实的情境,树立孩子的自信,力求每个孩子都有所思,有所获。 2.知识特点:学生在三年级上册学过很多 holidays 以及相应的日期,对中西方节日有了初步的 了解,例如 Teachers Day、National Day、Chinese New Year、Christmas Day、Halloween、Thanksgiving;三年级下册有一个单元是讲 Childrens Day,包含 fly new kites、go shopping、play the drum 等动词词组的学习;此外,四年级下册第一单元 Lesson3 讲的是 What do you like to do?涉及到很多活动类词汇,例如 go roller-skating, go fishing,make model planes 等;第五单元 Lesson15 讲的是五一劳动节的时间、为谁庆祝及相应活动。基于以上基础, 学生学习本课内容会有一定帮助。 鉴于学生年龄特点和知识特点,大多数学生对于活动类的词汇有一定掌握,教师在完成本课 教学重点之外,继续使用儿童节这一情境进行活动拓展,丰富学生的回答,为下节课学生能够就 不同节日谈论自己喜欢的活动安排做准备。 教学目标教学目标 教学目标:教学目标: 1.学生能够运用 What do you do on? 及答语 We on this day.询问有关节日活动的用语,在 所提供的情境中进行简单交流。 2.能在询问节日活动的具体情景中听懂、认读并理解 celebrate, a puppet show, an amusement park, a science museum, all over the country 等单词和词组。 3.能够理解对话故事中的词汇、语句,并能够跟读录音,模仿语音语调; 4.学生能在快乐的情绪中谈论自己儿童节的活动安排,对节日活动充满美好的憧憬。 教学重点:教学重点: 1.在一定情境中用 What do you do on? 及答语 Weon this day.表达节日活动相关话题。 2.词汇 cinema, museum, country, celebrate, puppet show, amusement park 等单词和词组的正确认 读。 教学难点:教学难点: 1.结合儿童节这一情境,能够丰富活动安排,并进行简单交流。 2.理解、认读 all over the country,get gifts,hold parties,every year on this day 这些关于节日 活动交谈用语。 技术准备:技术准备: 1.Mike 和 Lingling 的头饰、动词短语卡片(磁贴) 、装饰品及本课中的功能句型磁贴; 2.PPT 课件以及翻页笔。 教学过程教学过程 教学阶段教师活动学生活动设置意图 技术 应用 时间 安排 3 Warm up T: boys and girls, today we are going to learn Unit 5 Is May Day a holiday?Lesson 16.
