1、闽教版小学英语四年级下册 Unit7 Seasons Part A 第二课时 教学设计 一、 教学目标 (一) 语言知识目标 1、 全部学生能听说并认读单词 favorite, season, summer, hot,能听懂并初步运用单词 long, why, vacation。 2、 大部分学生能听说并认读句型 Whats your favorite (二) 语言技能目标 1、 全部学生能认读并正确书写单词 favorite, season, spring, summer, hot。 2、 大部分学生能对季节进行简单的描述,表达自己的情感。 (三) 情感态度目标 通过本节课的学习,学生们要养

2、成热爱大自然的良好品德以及提高环境保护意识。 二、 教学重难点 (一) 教学重点:让学生能听、说、认读有关季节表述的单词:favorite, season, summer, hot,以及 让学生能听、说、认读句型 Whats your favorite season? (二) 教学难点:单词 favorite 的发音及运用,句型 Whats your favorite 的认读及运用,以及根 据思维导图,用英语复述课文。 三、 教具准备 单词卡片、图片、四线三格磁片、PPT。 四、 教学步骤 Step 1 Warming-up and lead-in. 热身、导入环节 1、 Greetings

3、between teacher and students. 2、 The whole class sing the song “Spring has arrived”, and do the action. 3、 After singing the song, T: Whats it about? Ss: Its about spring. T:Yes,its about spring, in spring, trees are green, flowers are blooming, birds are singing. Is it beautiful? Ss: Yes. T:You kno

4、w, spring is one of the seasons in the year. There are 4 seasons in a year, they are spring, summer, autumn and winter. Today well learn Unit7 Seasons Part A. (Review the word “spring、season”) Point out the title “Unit7 Seasons Part A” (歌曲导入伴随动作,学生们身心放松,愉悦,可以很自然地进入新课学习状态。) Step 2 Presentation 呈现环节 1

5、、 Lead in the lesson. T:There are four seasons in a year, whats your favorite season? (ppt shows the question and the pictures of four seasons) Point out the important word “favorite” ,review it and ask some students to read ,then read together. Show 2 pieces of ppt to use the word “favorite” :My fa

6、vorite color is . My favorite food is . Go on talking about the topic “Whats your favorite season?” Ss:Spring./ Summer. T:Well done,boys and girls.Today Wang Tao and Lily are talking about seasons, too. What are their favorite seasons? Do you know? Can you guess? Ss: T:Maybe.Now lets watch the video

9、e action. Read one by one, then read together. Task 3 1. T:Watch the video again, and say the reasons of “Why does Lily like spring ?”and “Why does Wang Tao like summer?” 2. Learn the new word “why” PPT shows the picture of “?”, help students understand the meaning of “why”, learn the pronunciation

10、by reviewing the letter “Yy”, they have the same pronunciation. Guide students read the word with the action. Read group by group, then read together. 3. (1) After watching the video, guide them to find the answer in the book P50. Finish the multiple choice exercise. Why does lily like spring? A .Tr

E .We can go to see flowers. (4)Learn the patterns and some extension: PPT shows the picture of “go swimming” and

13、 some similar patterns “go dancing, go shopping ”,and guide them to find the rules “go +Ving” and learn the sentence “We can go swimming.” , help students understand the meaning. PPT shows the picture of “vacation”, know the patterns “summer vacation ” and “winter vacation ”. Learn the new word “lon

14、g” by showing the action, learn the pronunciation by reviewing the old word “orange”, the letter “o” in these 2words has the same pronunciation. Guide students to read the word with the action. Read two by two with the action , then read together. Learn the patterns: have a long vacation and have a

15、short vacation 4、A bomb game Rules: Students cant read the word with the “bomb”, if someone breaks the rules ,the whole class will “bomb” her /him. First, read the words after the teacher. Then, read loudly together. 5、Play the recording, read after the it. Then read by themselves. Then call out som

16、e pairs to act the dialog. Divide the class into 2 parts to act the dialog in roles. Teacher comments. (以不同的练习方式,让学生了解课文内容,练习的设置由浅入深,逐层递进,加上 ppt 展示相 关单词和句型, 让学生更容易掌握课文的重难点。 爆炸游戏调节课堂气氛, 调动学生的积极性。 ) Step 3 Consolidation 巩固环节 1.A gameLittle bees carry the honey Rules: Teacher click one bee, there will

17、be a word or pattern under it, if the whole class read it correctly and loudly, the little bee can carry the honey to their home. 2.According to the mind map on the blackboard, try to retell the text. First, teacher guides them to retell. Then, give them 3 mins to retell in pairs. After that, call o

18、ut some pairs to retell in front of class. The whole class comments and give each pair “big hands” (小蜜蜂运蜂蜜游戏也满足了学生的好奇心和战胜困难的决心,复述环节锻炼了学生的思维能力 和口语表达能力。 ) Step 4 Extension 拓展环节 1.
