Its the second Sunday of May. Its Mothers Day. Where is Sallys mother? What do the kids say?” 2.教师板书上面说到的两个问题，并将 Ben，Kate 和 Sally 的头像取下，贴在 第二个问题下面。教师播放课文录音或多媒体教学光盘，学生边听边小声模仿。 3 3.教师板书第一个问题的答案，教学单词 dining room。 (1)教师出示餐厅的图片和卡片，教学单词 dining room。 (2)教师出示 living room，bedroom，kitchen 等单词卡片，学生认读单词。 (3)游戏Whats missing? 游戏规则：教师出示四至五张有关房间的单词卡片，请全班学生先按顺序齐读 一遍，然后教师从中抽出一张或两张藏起来，仅出示手中剩余的图片，让全班 学生再齐读一遍，之后快速抢答不见了的卡片。 4.请学生看课文对话的第二段，然后回答第二个问题：What did the kids say to their mother? 教师在相应的人物头像旁板书他们说的话，如： I love you，Mom.
