The origin of International Childrens Day 1.The establishment of the International Childrens Day, related to a famous massacre during World War II. - Lidice tragedy related. In June12,1942,the German fascists shot Czech village of Lidice male citizens over the age of 16,more than 140 people and all the babies. The women and 90 children were taken to concentration camps. The village houses, buildings were burned, a beautiful village was destroyed by the Nazis. 国际儿童节的设立,和发生在二战期间一次著名的屠杀有关。1942 年 6 月,德国 法西斯枪杀了捷克利迪策村 16 岁以上的男性公民 140 余人和全部婴儿,并把妇女 和 90 名儿童押往集中营。村里的房舍、建筑物均被烧毁,好端端的一个村庄就这 样被德国法西斯给毁了。 2.In order to mourn Lidice Village and the children who died in the Fascist aggressive war,as early as in November,1949,the international democratic Womens Federation held the conference in Moscow,the former Soviet Union. The meeting decided that the annual June 1st is International Childrens Day, in order to guarantee the world childrens rights,to protect the worlds children to survival, health and education, to improve the lives of children. Were = We are be going to 表示:计划/打算做某事。 be going to和will的用法区别: 若表示没有经过事先计划或考虑,而是在说话的当时 临时想到的意图或临时作出的决定时,则要用will. 若表示经过事先考虑好的意图时,要用be going to. 例如: Ill answer the telephone.
