(再听一遍故事,给你的爸爸妈妈 讲一讲这个故事!)Lesson18:The Magic Stone (冀教版三年级下册冀教版三年级下册) 一、教材分析:一、教材分析: 本课为冀教版小学英语三年级下册第三单元的故事课。本单元学习了一些有关食 物的词汇及相关句型,部分内容在本故事中有所再现。但在复习的基础上还需要解决 几个陌生词汇和句型,如:magic stone, make, May I use it?Sure.等等。 本课的故事内容让孩子们初步以为有了魔石就可以变出美味的汤来,而到了故事 最后让孩子们明白每个人付出一点就可以做出一锅美味的汤,魔石不能真正变出食物, 而是人们要相互帮助,这才是真正的魔力。内容简单,但蕴含着深刻的道理,符合三 年级孩子们的认知水平。 二、学情分析二、学情分析: 三年级学生虽然已经有了半年多的英语学习经验,但他们的词汇量和句型的掌握 还是有限。因此,较长的故事学习对于他们来说存在一定的难度,特别是表演故事, 更需要英语教师的耐心引导,好在孩子们喜欢故事,在教学中,可以此为契机,进一 步增强孩子们学习英语的热情,同时适时的培养孩子们的阅读能力! 三、教学目标三、教学目标 1、知识与技能目标: (1)学生能在图片和老师的帮助下,理解故事内容,读懂故事; (2)学生能在图片和老师的帮助下,正确的朗读故事; (3)学生能借助板书,图片等的帮助下,简单的表演故事。 2、学习策略目标: (1)通过略读、寻读等相结合,培养学生阅读策略。 (2)通过小组合组共同完成任务,发展学生的合作意识。 3、情感态度目标: (1)进一步激发学生英语学习的兴趣,同时激发学生的阅读欲望。(2)通过故事让 学生感受互相帮助,大家共同克服困难的快乐! 四、教学重难点:四、教学重难点: 1、教学重点:学生能在图片、板书及老师的帮助下,理解、读懂故事内容,并能用正 确的语音语调朗读故事。 2、教学难点:学会一定的阅读方法并在图片、老师的帮助下表演故事。 五、教学准备:五、教学准备: 多媒体课件,故事人物头饰,故事相关的文字卡片 六、教学过程:六、教学过程: Step1: Warming-up and Pre-reading 1、Greetings: Hello/How are you?(将学生自然带入英语的学习氛围。) 2、Lets sing.(复习并分散难点) 3、Free talk(用学生的铅笔盒,借机练习句型 May I use it? Sure.) T:Its a magic stone.( 出示大魔术师刘谦图片 magic man,引导学生理解 magic) T:A little boy also has a magic stone.Do you want to have a look ? Step2:While-Reading 1.放光盘动画整体读故事,学生回答问题: How many people are there in the story? Who has the magic stone? 在黑板上张贴人物图片,并将人物编上序号 A B C D E F 2. T:Please read pictures 1-3. Then answer the questions above. 出示第一幅图,看图,学生讨论。 T: Who is in the picture? 图片中有谁 Are they happy?他们开心吗? T:Check out the answers. Look at picture1, how do the old man and woman feel? Why? Ss: hungry and sad; There is no food. 分别出示第二,三幅图,听音,回答问题。 T:What does the boy have? 小男孩有什么呢? Whats a magic stone? Ss: It makes soup.
