10、6. 关于七年级英语“关于七年级英语“Module 9 Life history Unit1Module 9 Life history Unit1”的反思”的反思 通过本次赛课，我深刻并清楚的认识到，作为一个老师，想要真正的上好一 节课，把握好课堂上出现的种种问题以及与学生的互动，是多么的困难。需要我 们课前需要付出多少的努力才能达到预期的效果， 才能使学生在课堂上真正的学 3 习到知识。本次赛课我的体会是： 1.课前的准备： 要想把一节课上好，课前的准备是必不可少的，要把教材的内容吃透，取其 精华，去其糟粕。所以在上这个 Unit1 时，我们并没有全部使用课本上的内容， 而是选其跟我们教学目
11、标有一致性的部分，让学生听懂并且掌握，我们的目的就 达到了。 2.在教学上： 我们采用视频引入，增加学生的兴趣和积极性，在教学过程中，适当增加练 习。 教学目标明确， 重难点突出， 使学生能够快速掌握本节课所需要学习的内容。 3.在师生互动方面： 一个优秀的老师或者是成功的老师，在与学生交流和互动方面应该是像朋友 一样的。所以在这一方面我还是需要不断加强和努力的，需要增加自己的亲和力 和掌控力，这样在上课的时候才能是课堂的组织者和领导者，才能起到事半功倍 的效果。 4.课堂时间的把握： 作为一个老师，如何让学生在有限的时间内学到知识并且学会运用，是考验一 个教师功力和水平的。在我们的磨课过程中
12、，每一次上课都需要把握好时间，每 一个部分我们花多少时间是最合适的，这些都需要一次次试验。通过这次赛课， 我的时间观念更强了。 在英语学习中，听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说 先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学习能力，也 难减轻学习负担。所以每一次赛课我们都会有很多体会和学到很多经验教训。 学会英语，不但多了一对耳朵，一双眼睛，和一条舌头，甚至是多了一个头 脑!因为语言是人类思维的工具，认识世界的工具，掌握一种语言也即掌握了一 种观察和认识世界的方法和习惯。 通过这次赛课，我从中学习到了很多专业的知识，在备课的过程中，我感受 到了我们这个大集体的温暖和爱。感受到大家对年轻教师的支持和鼓励，越来越 爱上我们这个大家庭，有他们在，我是幸福的，感恩在教育教学的道路上遇到他 们。
