B. /C/ dog, what/s/dress, office, rest, some /C :/ order, walk, talk /z / blouse, eraser /J/ good, book, foot /F / show, English, shirt /U :/ June, room, zoo /V/ usually, television there be结构的用法。 要注意下列八种情况: (1)“There be +主语 +地点(或时间)状语 ”表示“这里有”。there 是引导词,无词 义,be是谓语动词,主语位于be之后。主语 是单数,动词变为is,是复数,be变为are。 如: There is a boat in the river. 河里有条船 。 There are some flowers near the house. 房子附近有些花。 (2) There be结构中,主语若是不可数名词,谓语动词 be用单数is。如: There is some water in the glass. 杯里有些水。 There is some bread on the table. 桌上有些面包。 (3) There be结构中,若主语不止一个,be的形式一般 根据第一个主语来定,单数或不可数名词用is,复数用 are。在英语中这叫“就近原则”。如: There is a house, four trees and some hills in the picture. 画里有一幢房子,四棵树和几座小山。 There are some books, two pens and a ruler on the desk. 书桌上有些书,两支笔和一把尺。 (4) There be 结构的否定式,是在be后加not。如 : There is not a car in the picture. 画里没有小汽 车。There are not any children in the river. 河 里没有孩子。 (5) There be 结构的一般疑问句,是将be提到 there前,回答用简略形式。如: - Is there a map on the wall? 墙上有地图吗? - Yes, there is. (No, there isnt.) 是的,有。 (不,没有。) - Are there any birds in the trees? 树上有鸟 吗? - Yes, there are. (No, there arent.) 是的, 有。(不,没有。) (6) 若对there be结构中的主语提问,则把疑问 词what放在句首,后接“be + there + 状语?” ,此时there常被省略。如: There is a house near the river.(对划线部 分提问) 河边有座房子。 Whats (there) near the river? There are two men in the room. (对划线 部分提问) 房间里有两个男人。 What are (there) in the room? (7) 若对there be主语的定语提问,则用句型 “How many (much) +主语 + are (is) +there +状语?”,主语是可数名词用How many,主语 是不可数名词则用How much。如: There are five bottles on the table. (对 划线部分提问) How many bottles are there on the table? 桌上有几只瓶子? There is some meat in the bowl. (对划线 部分提问) How much meat is there in the bowl? 碗里 有多少肉?
