T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, . 2. Play a role game. Divide Ss into two groups, and greet to each other. Step 2. Presentation. 1. Present the pattern by doing the action or using a puppet. T: OK, today well learn how to greet with others. If you want to greet with others, you can say: How are you? Ss practice” How are you?” 2. T explains the occasion and the answer should be Im fine. or Im fine, thank you! Ss practice one by one. 3. Practice in pairs. 4. Have several pairs to be the model and praise them. 5. Check whether the Ss can understand. Step 3. Practice A game: “Freezing”. If the teacher says “Freeze”, everybody stops and freezes. They must listen carefully. T: How are you? S: Im fine, thank you. Sing the song together. 4. Sing the song with the actions. Step 5. Practice Sing the song in groups. Ask some Ss to act out the song in front of class. Step 6. Homework. 1.
