Greetings. 2. 教师出示形容词的单词卡片,女同学说出老师出示卡片 的相应的单词,男同学则马上说出它的反义词,然后交换。比 一比,看谁说的又快又准。 Step 3 Presentation 1.教学单词 younger, older, taller, shorter, longer (1)教学单词 younger, older (利用课件出示图片) T:Look, This is Sarah, this is Miss White. Sarah is 12 years old, Miss White is 30 years old. Sarah is young, she is younger than Miss White. Miss White is old, she is older than Sarah. 教师板书: young-younger old-older,告知学生 younger 是 young 的比较 级,older-old 的比较级。当两者进行比较时就是比较级。一 般情况下,比较级通常是在单词的末尾加上 er,er 发的音。 最后,教师带读单词 younger 和 older。并让学生用升降调练习 单词的发音,男生读 younger,女生读 older,然后交换练习。 (2)教学单词 taller, shorter (用课件出示图片) T: Look at the picture, They are comparing their height. Zhang Peng is taller than John, John is shorter than Zhang Peng. 教师板书:tall- taller short-shorter, 教师边做动作边带读单词,接着教师做 动作,男生说出该动作的单词,女生说出该单词的比较级,然 后交换练习。 (3)教学单词 longer (用课件出示图片) T:Today, Chen jie is wearing a dress, Amy is wearing a skirt. Can you see the difference?(引导学生回答) T:Yes, The dress of Chen jie is long, and Amys skirt is short. Chens dress is longer than Amys skirt. 教师板书:long-longer ,教师边做动作边带读:long, long, longer 接着,教师说 long,学生说 longer。 2.教学 A. Lets learn (1)播放 A. Lets learn 部分的动画,让学生静听。 (2)再次播放动画,让学生边听边跟读。 (3)让学生分组模仿动画中的对话。 Step 4 Practice 1.Look and write: 1.出示本课时学习的四会单词:younger, older, taller, shorter, longer,让学生拿出英语本练习书写,每个写一遍。 2.Make a comparison 让学生分小组用本课时所学的词汇带 入对话中进行对话练习,然后请部分同学进行展示。 如:A: How old are you? B:Im years old. A: How tall are you? B: Im metres.
