Lets enjoy together. 设计意图:通过信息技术手段,将多个北京景色视频短片进行加工和处理,设 计出对课堂最有效的短片,学生通过视频的听觉和视觉效应提取课堂信息,从 而开始一段有关北京历史文化的学习之旅。 3. 说唱歌谣 Lets chant. T: (手拿 Lily 图片)Hello, everyone! Im Lily, Im from America. China, China, China, We are going to Beijing, China! 设计意图:教师通过情境创设,创编英文歌谣,使学生在朗朗上口的英文韵律 中,感受语言之美,并体会到学科间的相互融合对英语学习的促进作用。 Step II. 新授与练习新授与练习 Presentation and practice. 1. 教师扮演导游与各小组打招呼,突破 tour guide 一词的学习。 T: Im a tour guide today. Im from Beijigng Travel Service. (手拿旅游旗,佩戴导 游证),小组练习 tour guide. T: Hello, Rainbow group! Ss: Hello, tour guide! T: Hello, Crown group! Ss: Hello, tour guide! T: Hello, Sunshine group! Share the information of the five places and then talk about them in groups. 设计意图:此环节是翻转式课堂教学模式实践的关键一步。这里应用的有效信 息技术是微课和 IPAD 进课堂。其用意如下:1.教师通过信息技术,事先准备微 课的录制,学生在家通过微课的学习和上网对五个景点资料的搜索,以小组的 形式进行合作学习和实现学习资源共享,提高课堂教学效率。2.将 IPAD 带进课 堂,一是通过这一信息技术,培养学生的自主学习与合作学习能力;二是通过 这一新型的教学方式,引导学生合理利用信息资源,学会用信息技术分析和解 决问题,并亲身感受信息化技术给个人的学习带来的便捷。 2. 通过“我来汇报”,“我来挑战”,“我问你答”,“有问题请帮忙”四种 形式,小组汇报学习成果。 设计意图:通过微课与 IPAD 进课堂实现信息技术与学科教学的整合,优化课 堂教学,回归 “生本教学”。教师通过信息技术,整合教学资源,将视频、图 片、音频等信息有效地融合到到“我来汇报”,“我来挑战”,“我问你答”, “有问题请帮忙”四种形式里,放手把课堂交给学生,让学生通过自主学习发 现问题,并通过小组合作解决问题。通过各种信息资源的选择,丰富学生的思 维,提升他们的语言素养。 (1)我来汇报(I can do it!):Question 1. A. 小组间学习新词:the Ming Tombs T: Do you have any questions? Who can teach these words to us? (出示明十三陵图 片,让学生之间通过小组合作学习这一新词。) B. 小组操练:两组以歌谣形式读单词练习 tombs, tombs, the Ming Tombs. 另外 三组组内问答练习:Where are we going today? We are going to visit the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs. 设计意图:放手把课堂交给学生,提高学生的自主学习能力, 并使学生通过小 组合作探究,解决实际问题。 C. 找学生介绍明十三陵的历史:(播放明十三陵图片) 师评价: Thank you. We can learn about the history of China. (为学习 history 做铺垫) (2)我要挑战(I want to challenge!):Question 2. When are we going to the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs? T: Look at this question. Who want to challenge? Ss: I want to challenge!(Two students ask and answer in pairs.) S4:When are we going to the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs? S5:We are going to visit the Great Wall this morning (师:贴板书)and the Ming Tombs in the afternoon.(小组之间问答这一句型) T: (指板书)Look here,where is the Great Wall? S6: The Great Wall is in the north of Beijing. (学习红体单词,找三个学生说出答案) (4)有问题请帮忙(I need help!):Learn the three places: 1).Learn: the Summer Palace A. 听音学单词 the Summer Palace,找学生读单词。(教师预设学生可能对 Palace 发音不准确,让学生听音学习并区分 place 和 palace。) B. 让学生介绍颐和园, 并贴教学卡片,同时幻灯播放无声动态颐和园视频。 教师评价:Thank you. We can learn about the history of China. C. 解决问题 4. Question4. When are we going to the Summer Palace? T: When are we going to the Summer Palace? S3: Tomorrow morning. (贴板书,每个小组两人问答操练这一组句型) 2).Learn: the Forbidden City A.(学习紫禁城 the Forbidden City,有疑问的学生,可以从各个小组中选一位 同学老师来帮助自己。学生小组操练 the Forbidden City.) B.找学生脱稿,用简单的英文介绍紫禁城,并把教学图片贴到黑板正确的位置上。 师生共同评价:Thank you. We can learn a lot about the history of China. 设计意图:紫禁城是最能代表北京和中国历史的一个景点,通过视频和音频的 震撼效果感受紫禁城的恢弘气势,更能激发学生的学习兴趣。 3).Learn: the Temple of Heaven A. 通过含有相同音素的单词学习 temple 和 heaven. (出示幻灯片,一本古书里出现这句话.) 5. 回顾本课核心句型,巩固所学知识。 T: (教师指幻灯) Where are we going tomorrow? Ss: We are going to visit the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. T:When are we going to the Summer Palace? Ss: Tomorrow morning. 教师补充,学生跟着说:Then we are going to the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.(全班男同学问,女同学答,练习这两组句子) 6. 播放课文视频并全体跟读。 7. 课文配音练习(两组)。 设计意图:英语配音更具趣味性和挑战性,提高了学生的学习热情。 Step III. 巩固拓展巩固拓展 Consolidation and extension. 1.德育渗透并引入拓展活动:天津达人秀 T: We are going to visit so many beautiful places in Beijing. Do you love Beijing? Ss: Yes! I love Beijing! T: China is big and beautiful, too. Do you love China? Ss: Yes! I love China! T: Our city Tianjin is big and beautiful,too. Lets invite Lilys family to Tianjin, OK? Ss: OK! T: Now lets have a Tianjin Talent Show(天津达人秀)。(幻灯展示活动要求) 1). Introduce your posters to us. 2). Work in groups to make up a dialogue. 3). (在 Traveling light 英文歌的音乐背景下,播放天津景点图片,各小组准 备对话。) 3.小组表演对话。 4.评选最佳达人奖。 设计意图:“天津达人秀”是一项考察学生多方面的能力的一种拓展活动,在 这一活动中,教师通过提前布置任务,让学生利用已有的信息技术,制作一份海报。 同时,教师通过网络资源的整合,在 Traveling light 的音乐背景下,播放天津著 名景点的图片,营造良好的课堂氛围,充分发挥学生的创新能力和语言的综合 运用能力,并培养学生爱祖国爱家乡的美好情感。其中,最佳达人奖印发了天津 特色美食的图片,使评价更具实际意义。 Step IV. Summary and homework. Homework: Must do: Act out the dialogue in groups. 小组分角色表演对话。 Choose to do: Send your post card to your friend, and invite him or her to visit our city-Tianjin. 请把课上获得的明信片邮寄给你的朋友,邀请他们来参观我们的城市天津。 设计意图:学生在课堂上进行了大量的听、说、读的练习,因而在作业布置上 增加了学生的写作练笔,提高他们的语言综合素养。同时,通过布置邮寄明信 片邀请朋友来津参观的这项作业,让学生深刻理解,信息技术是现代化交际的 一种手段,我们应该结合生活实际,使信息技术更好地服务于我们的学习和生 活。
