12、f environment, civilized travel. 反思: 六年级的英语教学相较其他的年级是比较有压力的,因为面临着学生的升学问 题。作为教师必须做好充分的准备,既要促进每个学生身心健康的发展,培养学生 良好的品质的终身学习的能力,又要注重科学探究的学习,关注体验性学习,提倡 交流与合作、自主创新学习,虽然不是首次教六年级的英语课,但自从本学期开学 以来,我感觉对于六年级的英语教学仍然是一个挑战。 通过观察,我发现学生学英语两极分化现象很严重,每班都有一部分学生在学 英语方面有很大困难,这些学生有的是基础不好,他们从三年级开始每学期都落下 很多内容,到了六年级,面对这么难的教材,就失去了学英语的信心。有的是每个 学期转来的插班生,他们基本上就没接触过英语,听起英语课来确实有很大难度。 我知道,只有转变这些学生的学习态度,提高这些学生的学习成绩,才能提高六年 级学生整体的英语水平。 由于学生基础差别比较大,每天教学任务也比较重,逐个做思想工作也是不现 实的。因此,我打算把以上学生进行分层辅导,积极了解学生情况,以便因材施教, 对于这些学生的要求与其他学生相比应相应的降低一些, 以抓他们的基础知识为主。 课堂上多提问他们一些比较简单的内容,作业也应适当容易些。帮助他们找到适合 自己的教学方法,树立自信心,提高英语听、说、读、写的技能,为以后的英语学 习打下良好的基础。
