12、f environment, civilized travel. 反思： 六年级的英语教学相较其他的年级是比较有压力的，因为面临着学生的升学问 题。作为教师必须做好充分的准备，既要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生 良好的品质的终身学习的能力，又要注重科学探究的学习，关注体验性学习，提倡 交流与合作、自主创新学习，虽然不是首次教六年级的英语课，但自从本学期开学 以来，我感觉对于六年级的英语教学仍然是一个挑战。 通过观察，我发现学生学英语两极分化现象很严重，每班都有一部分学生在学 英语方面有很大困难，这些学生有的是基础不好，他们从三年级开始每学期都落下 很多内容，到了六年级，面对这么难的教材，就失去了学英语的信心。有的是每个 学期转来的插班生，他们基本上就没接触过英语，听起英语课来确实有很大难度。 我知道，只有转变这些学生的学习态度，提高这些学生的学习成绩，才能提高六年 级学生整体的英语水平。 由于学生基础差别比较大，每天教学任务也比较重，逐个做思想工作也是不现 实的。因此，我打算把以上学生进行分层辅导，积极了解学生情况，以便因材施教， 对于这些学生的要求与其他学生相比应相应的降低一些， 以抓他们的基础知识为主。 课堂上多提问他们一些比较简单的内容，作业也应适当容易些。帮助他们找到适合 自己的教学方法，树立自信心，提高英语听、说、读、写的技能，为以后的英语学 习打下良好的基础。
