(精通英语)六年级下册 L12 教学设计(定稿) 1、教学目标 1、能够熟练听说认读并简单运用词语:half an hour, by bus, by bike, city 2、能够熟练运用语句进行问路和指路:How can I get to the City Library/restaurant/post office? You can get there by No.6 bus/by subway/on foot. 3、在小组合作的过程中能看懂文本,理清物体之间的位置关系。 4、通过合作培养了手脑并用的学习能力和成员之间合作的学习意识。 2、教学重点 能够在实践中正确运用语句表达自己及他人的出行方式。 3、教学难点 能够在小组合作中正确表达自己出行的目的地,运用所学针对社区地形询 问和回答对方问题。 四、教学过程: Step1:warming-up 1. T: Today we continue to talk about the English for Grade Six. Look at the picture, can you guess todays topic? S: Todays topic is community. Step2: Presentation 1. T: Look at this picture, its a community. Lets name the roads and streets. Can you guess what is in the community?(教师描述,学生猜测)学习新词 City Library. Who can read it for us?请同学来读“解释” ,其它学生猜测,学习新词 restaurant. Lets read it together.学生齐读英文解释,顺便猜出新词 post office. 2. 将社区图补充完整,Im here. How can I get to the City Library?引导学生用学 过的语句 You can go there bu No.6 bus. Go down this street and then . 意图:教师以此做示范,引导学生能用简单语言编演对话,复习 11 课内容。 3. Best policeman/policewoman 评选活动。 来到新社区,不认识路的时候会找到一个人来帮忙,学生会猜出是“警察” 。 意图:运用道具,组内编演对话,一份担当“警察” ,运用语句完成有实际目的 的任务。 4. 我们社区来了一个外国人,He doesnt know the way. Lets help him.看视频, 回答问题。 Where does the man want go? How can he get there? Can he go there by bike?/ on foot? 意图:利用视频,学习出行方式 by subway. 利用问题导向区分三种出行方式:by subway, by bike, on foot. 5. 自编 chant。 意图:利用有节奏的 chant 将地点和出行方式连在一起,巩固练习。 6. I have another chant for you. 意图:将书本上的 chant 迁移到课堂。这个环节有些突兀,与本课授课内容没 有太大关系,所以此时不用花费很多时间,稍作了解即可。 Step3: Practice 1. “最佳设计师”活动。两种形式,给出主要提示词。 意图:小组活动,利用本节课得到的奖卡设计自己喜欢的社区,可以粘贴,可 以画画(没有奖卡) 。考查学生对本课书,本单元主要内容的掌握情况。可以 introduce, 可以 make up a new dialogue. 2. 展示。利用实物投影学生看着自己的平面图进行介绍,或者小组表演对话。 How can I get to the _ ?
