1 LessonLesson 3 3 A A BookBook aboutabout AnimalsAnimals 一、 Teaching contents: 1、词汇要点:表示自然界各种事物的单词 desert, mountain, forest, grassland, sea, river, earth。 2、交际要点:掌握询问某人住在什么地方的表达方式“Where dolive?”及回答“They/We/I live in/on” 3、文化要点:知道人与动物都有各自的生存环境。让学生关注 我们的生存环境,自发地树立环保意识,为共同创造我们美好的地 球家园而努力。 二、Teaching aims: 1、学生能听懂会说本课单词,要求发音准确,语调自然,理解 词义。 2、掌握询问某人住在何处的表达方式。 3、培养学生关心大自然、了解大自然、创造美好环境的意识。 三、Teaching key points and difficulties. 1、面向全体学生,能对学生进行正确的评价。 2、学生要掌握本课所学单词的词义及正确发音,特别是 earth, grassland, river, mountain 划线部分的发音。 3、灵活运用本课重要句型。 四、Teaching process: 、Lead-in 1、Greetings.Listen to a song 2、Ss choose some paper and answer: Where do you live? I live in/ We live in( Show pictures.) 3、Show some pictures of animals. Review animals. T: Do you know where do they live? 、Presentation 1、Play CAI. T:What can you see? Ss: T:I can see desert. desert desert The same way to teach“forest” Ask: Where do camels/monkeys live? 2、Play tape: mountain, sea Teach the two words. 2 (Play CAI) 3、Read the four words by girls, by boys; One group by one group; By four or six Ss. 4、Game:Point and read quickly。 5.Show PPT. Play “river” “lake”.Ask one or two Ss to be little teacher . 6、Game:地雷游戏 7、Show PPT. Play the tape. Ss listen and learn to read.“grassland” “earth” 、巩固 1、Read the seven words together. 2、Game: Hangman 3、Practice:Where do live?
