What are the symbols of Easter? 复活节(Easter),是纪念耶稣(Jesus)基督复活的节 日,在西方教会传统里,春分之后第一次满月之后的第 一个星期日即为复活节。东方教会则规定,如果满月恰 逢星期日,则复活节再推迟一周。圣经新约全书 记载,耶稣被钉死在十字架上,第三天身体复活,复活 节因此得名。复活节是基督宗教最重大的节日,重要性 超过圣诞节,宗教起源与节期在以色列。按圣经马 太福音的说法,耶稣基督在十字架上受刑死后三天复 活,因而设立此节。 复活节的由来 节日习俗 复活节中最具代表性的吉祥物就是彩 蛋和兔子了,古人常把蛋视为多子多孙和 复活的象征。后来基督教徒又赋予蛋新的 涵义,认为它是耶稣墓的象征,未来的生 命就是从其中挣脱而出世的。复活节时人 们把鸡蛋染成红色,代表耶稣受难时流出 的鲜血,同时也象征复活后的快乐。还有 一种古老的习俗,是把煮熟的鸡蛋送给街 头的孩子们做游戏,他们把蛋往前滚,谁 的蛋最后破,谁就获得胜利,蛋全归他所 有 Easter Bunny Easter eggs Easter eggs What do we need? paintspaintbrushes We need eggs, paints and paintbrushes. eggs What do they need? Lesson3 Seasons and Culture (第一课时第一课时) 一一教学内容:教学内容: 四川教育出版社英语五年级下册 Unit 2 Four Seasons 中 Lesson3 Seasons and Culture 的第一课时。 二二教学目标:教学目标: 1.知道复活节的来历以及庆祝复活节的方式。 2.能说,读与复活节有关的单词 Easter(复活节), Easter egg(复活节彩蛋)以及做 彩蛋要用到的 paint(颜料) 和 paintbrush(画笔) 。 3.能灵活运用重点句型并清楚在不同人称下动词 need 的变化。 4.通过亲手制作复活节彩蛋,用彩蛋做游戏,同学们能更好地了解复活节。 三三教学重难点:教学重难点: 1.重点句型: What do I need? You need paints and paintbrushes. What does he/she need? He/ She needs a new car. 2.重点词汇: Easter , Easter egg, Easter Bunny , paints , paintbrushes, new car, camera. 四四教学准备:教学准备: 鸡蛋,颜料,画笔, PPT 五五. 教学过程:教学过程: Step1: Greetings(日常问候日常问候): 1.Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to see you again. 2 What season is it now?(复习季节单词) Step2: Leading in (导入导入): 根据学生对“What season is it now?”的回答,复习季节单词:spring, summer, autumn,winter.紧接着问学生对春天的看法“What do you think of spring?”引导学生用 “Its the start of the year” “Its the symbol of new life. Just like the egg.” 紧接着引出课题: “Today, we will learn a festival about new life- Easter” Step3: Learning about Easter(了解复活节)(了解复活节): 了解复活节由来及习俗后回答以下几个问题: 1.复活节是为了纪念谁? 2.复活节的吉祥物是什么? 回答完设置的问题后学生进一步了解复活节,紧着教学新单词“Easter egg, Easter Bunny ”以及介绍复活节的两个游戏:“Egg Rolling; Hide and Sick” Step4: Making Easter egg(做彩蛋)(做彩蛋) : 充分了解复活节之后,要求学生自己动手做复活节彩蛋。 “Now, we are going to make Easter egg ,What do we need?” 引导学生回答:“We need eggs, paints and paintbrushes.” 在 不同清况下我们会有不同的需要, “When we are hungry, What do we need?” 引导学生回答” We need food.出示两组图片,分别为不同的人称:She, He 让同学们体会在这两种人称下 动词 need 的变化情况。接着出示一些复活节彩蛋的图片,让同学们照着上面的样式做, 或者是发挥自己的想象力自己画图案。 Step5: Playing a game:(玩游戏玩游戏): 介绍两个复活节的游戏:Egg Rolling (找一个空地,几个孩子一起滚鸡蛋,第一个到 达终点的就是冠军) Hide and Seek(把鸡蛋藏起来,让孩子们去找,谁先找到谁就是冠军) Step6:homework(家庭作业家庭作业): 1.熟读 Work in pairs 中的内容。 2.将复活节的来历,节日习俗讲给自己的朋友,家人听。 六板书设计:六板书设计: Lesson 3 Seasons and Culture Spring egg What do we need?
