4、take part in the teaching process. Part 3 Students condition analysis The fourth grade students are always curious about everything. Since they have studied English for two years, the teacher should help them learn to use and get a sense of success by using a second language. Part 4 Teaching methods

5、 & Studying methods: Teaching methods: Task-Based language teaching, communicative teaching, cooperative teaching. Studying methods: Inquiry learning, communicative learning, cooperative learning. 6、es) Use common and simple knowledge to start dialogues. T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to see you again! How are you? Hows the weather? Do you like picnic? Yes, I like picnic too. Do you want to have a picnic? OK, Lets go. Purpose:This step will attract students attention and create a relaxing atmos

7、phere of learning English. Step 2 Lead-in (3 minutes) Review the words that have learned before. 1T: Look! Whats this? Good! Its a camera. Camera. 2T: What do I do? Yes, take a photo. Take a photo. 3T: What s this ?The girl, please! Great! Photo. Here you are. Purpose:Consolidate the words and impro

8、ve the students memory, listening and speaking skills. Step 3 Sentence patterns (15 minutes) 1. Sentence presentation Using the familiar words to teach the sentences could help students understand the meaning. Invite students to take a photo together and teach the sentence “Lets take a photo .” with

9、 body movement .Then teach the whole class to read the sentence “Lets” and help them answer “What a good idea!”. T: Do you want this photo? OK, Lets take a photo. Follow me. Lets take a photo. I think its a good idea. So we can say“What a good idea!”. We should learn to praise others. Show PPT, ask

10、students to do some choices to see whether they understand the sentence. Purpose:Help students learn new sentence patterns and improve their listening and speaking skills. 2. Activities After learning the sentence patterns, students need practices to consolidate the knowledge. Look and say. Show som

11、e pictures quickly on the PPT, then students guess and say the words with the drill “Lets”. Others to say “ What a good idea!” Praise the fastest one. Act and say. While one student do the action, other students guess the words and say them with the drill “Lets” . Drive trains. Divide the class into

12、 groups in a line. Pass the pictures one by one and read the sentence “Lets” with the words. The line which is the fastest and correct is the winner. Praise the good group. T: Do like this. Lets fly a kite. Purpose:This step is to take a variety of activities and mobilize more students to be active

13、in learning. Step 4 Text learning (18 minutes) 1. Teach the text The teacher should set up effective scenes. Have the students learn the conversations. Show PPT , ask students to listen carefully. Help the students understand the text roughly. T: Do you have fun? Look! Our friends Tingting, Lele, Ro

14、se and Peter, they have fun too. What s up? Please listen to the recording carefully. Ask students some questions about the new lesson. “How about this place? What can they see? What do they do? How to ask for help? What do they say ? ” With the questions, students listen to the recording again. Wor

15、k in groups. Ask the students to discuss the answers in groups and write them down. After that, ask each group to give their answers and present the answers on the PPT. Listen to the recording again. Ask students to underline difficult words and sentences. Teach them to help each other to understand
