What can you do ? How about you ? Step2. Lead in Let kids watch the flash and circle What they see .Review “How + adjective!” to describe praises and some verb phrases Step 3: New words Let kids try to read the new phrases in groups with the notes on the PPT. Then let them listen to the recording of the new phrases . Step1. According to the PPT, answer the questions that the classmate asks.” Its Sunny. I can fly a kite / play football Step2 kids watch the flash carefully and remember Step3 Kids try to read new phrases and help each other. Show the picture of “picnic” ,and ask ” Whats this picture ? How to say 野炊 ?”Lead into“picnic”. Show “have a picnic “and ask “What does it mean ? ” stress the Chinese meaning of “have a picnic “. It means “去野炊 ” . Like this teach “ go to the park, go to the zoo , go to the cinema “. Stress “Go to the cinema “ means “ “see a film” Let them listen to the recording of the new phrases and read after it. Then work in pairs and help each other. Show the new phrases and ask some kids to read . Show the new phrases and ask them think them over. Then ask “ What orderliness do you find ?” Lead them find out the orderliness. Step 4: New sentences Show a picture of a hot day and say “ How hot ! But we can say “What a hot day” ,too.” It means Yeah, 多热的天 气啊. So the mother wants to ” Lead kids to say “swim”. Lead into “ How about swimming?” “Why not ?”. Show a picture of a cold day. Lead kids to say “ What a cold day ! How about going skating ? Why Kids can answer the questions in Chinese if cant. Step4. Kids watch PPT carefully .Note: How about +an ing form ? not ?” Stress “How about add an ing form “ Step 5 Practice Show a picture of a nice day . There is a sister ,a brother and a father in it . The brother wants to have a picnic .Lead kids say the new sentences. Like this practice “go to the park, go to the zoo and go to the cinema “ Creating scenes: If today is Saturday. Its a nice day .discuss in groups: What a nice day ? How about doing something? Why not ?” Step 6 Exercise .Make phrases with the blow words in the box and fill in the blanks .Choose the correct answer for each question Step 7 Sum up Show the new sentences and the pictures of new phrases , Lead kids to say “ What a nice day ! How about having a picnic ? Why not ?” and so on. Step 8 Homework 1. If tomorrow is Saturday,talk to your friends about what to do with the sentences you learn today. Step5. Kids practice new sentences , they can ask for help from classmates or the teacher Step6. Do exercises carefully, they can ask for help from the teacher. When finished, hands up Step7 When sum up, think and hands up actively Step8 When make sentences , they can use the other phrases that they learned 2. Pre-read 教学反思: 在本课的教学过程中,重点是 “How about + 动词 ing 形式 ?表示建议,孩子们能理 解表示建议,但是容易遗忘加 ing。所以,在教学单词短语时,口头上可以输入这个句型, 让孩子们多听。其次,课堂气氛没有活跃起来。但是, 由于预习,及复习部分做到位,新 单词学习部分完成很好,句型操练也成功。
