Ill ” ; 2. Skill goal: talk about the plan for a week, and ask and answer; 3. Emotional goals: (1). cultivate their sense of cooperation; (2). Stimulate and cultivate students interest in learning English; . Teaching aids: PPT, CD, Pictures. . Teaching key and difficulty points: 1. Words: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, help, homework, holiday; 2. Sentences: On Monday Ill go swimming; What will you do on Monday? I will help my mother. . Teaching steps: Step 1: Warming up 1. Greeting; 2. Sing an English song: London bridge is falling down 3. guess riddle. Step 2:Revision 1. The key words: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 2. Let students read the words together. Step3: New lesson 1. Show students the teaching goals; 2. Introduce the key points to students, make them know how to use it to make sentences; (1). “On”Monday; (2). Ill “do”something. 3. the students to recognize these sentences and the knowledge points in the text; Step 4: practice. 1. Hand out one paper each 2 students in which has ten pictures about time and activities; 2. Then play games: a student do the activity then another one guess what he/she will do; 3. Show students the right answer, then read it together. 4. Show the dialogue: What will you do on ? Ill . 5. Then students use the pictures on paper to practice the dialogue, choose a pair of students to show us their answers. Step5: Summary and homework.
