Some of you: Retell the story. 外研 2011 课标版新标准小学英语(三年级起点) (陈琳主编)六年级下册 Reading for Pleasure The Elephant and the Spider教学反思教学反思 The Elephant and the Spider是外研 2011 课标版新标准小学英语(三年 级起点) (陈琳主编)六年级下册 Reading for Pleasure 中的最后一个阅读故事。 通过阅读这则故事,从蜘蛛身上,告诉我们在做任何一件事情的时候,都需要 树立一个明确的目标,顽强拼博,坚定不移地为实现这个目标去努力奋斗。并 让学生与生活实际相联系,如果当学生们遇到了和蜘蛛一样的情况的时候,他 们应该如何面对,引发学生们的反思和共鸣,进而培养并提升学生的学科核心 素养,培养全面发展的人。 英语阅读不仅能帮助学生获取信息、开阔视野、丰富语言文化知识,还能 促进学生听、说、写三种技能的发展;而且阅读在培养学生的思维能力、分析 能力和理解能力等方面有着不可替代的作用。所以我在充分研读教材、分析小 学高年级学生学习需求的基础上,深入挖掘故事资源,采用多种途径和方法, 在促进学生语言运用能力提升的同时,有效运用提问策略,培养学生的观察、 思考和预测能力,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力。 1、问题激趣,培养学生的观察、思考和表达能力问题激趣,培养学生的观察、思考和表达能力 进入到小学高年级后,学生的学习兴趣更多来源于对学习的渴望、成就感 等高层次的心理因素。在本课中,我围绕教学环节,通过设计信息性、理解性 和分析性等不同类型和层次的问题,将学生的兴趣始终保持在课堂上。尤其是 在 While-Reading 环节中,围绕着“What did the old spider do?”, “Why did the old spider make a large web?”,“Did the old spider catch the elephant?”这三个问题为主 线,通过提问激发学生的好奇心,引导学生观察图片,预测故事内容,引导学 生整体感知和理解语篇,这一过程为开阔学生的表达和交流空间提供了机会; 然后再以问题串的形式展现学生的思维过程,有效引导学生思维,使学生更加 主动地参与到课堂学习中来;最后依托主题语境带领学生逐步解读故事文本, 指导学生借助文本脉络开展整体性语言输出。对学生语言能力、学习能力和思 维品质进行综合培养。 2、以听说训练带动学生阅读能力的提高以听说训练带动学生阅读能力的提高 英语是一门实践性很强的学科,尤其是在小学阶段,听和说占有 很大比例。这就要求学生之间、师生之间能经常用所学的英语进行交流,从而 带动学生英语阅读能力的提高。在本节课中,我通过剖析课文内容,精心设计 问题串,逐步让学生通过观看微课故事动画来获取信息,并引导学生能够根据 故事文本,表达自己对蜘蛛的看法。在最后的输出环节,学生能有条理地来谈 论“If you want to do a very hard thing like the old spider, what should you do?”。大 部分学生都说出了自己的看法,虽然有些语言错误,但是学生的思维始终是活 跃的。 3、通过多种方式培养学生良好的学习习惯通过多种方式培养学生良好的学习习惯 在本课中,我十分注重对学生良好学习习惯的培养,在很多环节 有意识地训练学生有目的地听、大声地读、自信地说等等。例如,在学生正式 接触文本之前,我设计了一个听前预测的环节,提出“Where did the story happen?”和“What happened to the elephant and the spider?”这两个问题, 让学生 根据已有知识和图片信息来猜测文中内容。在教学过程中,更多地注重学生能 力的培养,注重互动模式的多样性,其中包括师生互动和生生互动,以教师为 引导,学生为主体,使其积极地参与到教学过程中。 四、充分尊重每一个学生,让每一个学生深刻体会到他被重视。四、充分尊重每一个学生,让每一个学生深刻体会到他被重视。 我特别关注学生的感受,不管是能够流利回答问题的学生,还是不会回答 问题的学生,都让每一个学生在课堂上得到应有的尊严、自信,不频频纠错, 事实上,老师温和的语言和鼓励的话语是学生的“强心剂” 。 五、不足之处: 1、激情不够,情感引导不到位。 2、口语衔接不连贯,有错误之处。 在以后的教学中,我会好好的反思加以提升。以新课程标准为指导,在核 心素养-理解与表达、语用与语感、文化与情感等方面继续努力。科学合理地 设计教学过程,争取让学生学得更开心、更有效。 外研 2011 课标版新标准小学英语(三年级起点)(陈琳主编) 六年级下册 Reading for Pleasure The Elephant and the Spider 教教 学学 设设 计计 外研 2011 课标版新标准小学英语(三年级起点)(陈琳主编) 六年级下册 Reading for Pleasure The Elephant and the Spider 教学设计教学设计 1、教学内容:教学内容: 外研 2011 课标版新标准小学英语(三年级起点)(陈琳主编) 六 年级下册 Reading for Pleasure 中The Elephant and the Spider 二、教材分析:二、教材分析: The Elephant and the Spider是在 Reading for Pleasure 中的最 后一个阅读故事。主要讲述了在森林里的一只老蜘蛛,它有一个令 人不可思议的想法,老蜘蛛想织一张最大最美丽的网把一头大象抓 住。其他的小动物都认为它的这个想法太可笑了。但是这只老蜘蛛 没有在意别人嘲笑,不停地努力织网,不眠不休,最后终于织成了 一张美丽的大网,并用这张美丽的网盖在了一只垂死的老象身上, 让它安详地死去。 通过阅读这则故事,从蜘蛛身上,告诉我们在做任何一件事情 的时候,都需要树立一个明确的目标,顽强拼博,不怕困难,坚定 不移地为实现这个目标去努力奋斗。并让学生与生活实际相联系, 如果当学生们遇到了和蜘蛛一样的情况的时候,他们应该如何面对, 引发学生们的反思和共鸣,进而培养并提升学生的学科核心素养, 培养全面发展的人。 三、学情分析:三、学情分析: 六年级的学生具备一定的词汇积累和阅读能力。大部分学生愿 意参与课堂语言实践活动,敢于用英语进行表达,并能在小组活动 中与他人交流,合作完成任务。教师引导学生在阅读过程中运用分 析、推理、评价等思辨阅读策略,通过一系列综合的、关联的语言 学习和思维活动,引导学生全面的思考问题,养成良好的思维习惯, 并帮助学生提高在阅读中的信息处理能力,培养学生语言理解和表 达的能力,培养并提升学生的核心素养。 四、设计思路:四、设计思路: 综合对教材和学情的分析,将本节课分为了阅读前、阅读中、 阅读后三个阶段。在各环节中,关注学生的学习和思考,引导学生 深度思考细节要点,并将所学内容迁移到现实生活。以学生的学为 主体,通过小组合作探究和教师的点拨,让学生体验学习和思考的 乐趣。 五、教学目标:五、教学目标: 1、语言知识与技能目标:语言知识与技能目标: (1) 能听、说、认读词汇 spider, web, large, silver, gold, set, swing, trunk, slept。 (2) 能听借助图片读懂并理解故事,养成按意群阅读的习惯。 (3) 能根据故事内容回答相关问题。 (4) 能运用正确的语音、语调并按照正确的意群朗读并表演故 事中的精彩片段。 2、学习策略目标:学习策略目标: 通过提问、质疑、猜测等方法树立用英语思维的意识,和培养 学生积极与他人合作的学习态度。 3、情感态度与价值观目标:情感态度与价值观目标: 积极尝试用英语讲故事,与同伴合作完成任务,从故事中得到 启发。 六、教学重点:六、教学重点: 能大胆预测故事情节发展。 能把握图片细节,并根据图片进行一定的语言拓展输出。 能小组合作表演故事中的精彩对话。 七、教学难点:七、教学难点: 如何引导学生深层解读文本,提高在阅读中的信息处理能力。 如何帮助学生集聚情感,积累语言,使他们有感而言,言之有 物。 八、教学过程:八、教学过程: Step 1 Pre-reading 1.
